It’s a small business run by the owner and his assistant. It’s not a corporate tempo for eating, but that’s the point. The quality of every item on the menu is hard to match.
The sushi is amazing, from the maki to nigiri & sashimi. Also Asian dishes from Ramen to bulgogi & salmon. Each is fabulous in its own way.
I can highly recommend the experience.
Bring your best behavior and you might endear yourself to Chef and get access to one of his special homemade sauces.
Enjoy a rare treat of Sushi & Asian dishes made the traditional way.

They opened in 1996 and have been family owned the entire time. And it shows. They know what they are doing. Delicious, quality food and fair prices. Lovely staff. Such a treat to dine here.
I went for lunch. I want to go back for a nice dinner with the spouse. I feel it would be magical to eat top quality sushi in a little family owned restaurant. The smaller seating area gives it an intimate, romantic feeling.
Thank you for such a wonderful introduction to your restaurant. It’s marked in my favorites now!
When we saw the sign for the location it didn’t look that great. The plaza looked a bit worn down and uninviting but I am so glad we decided to go in!
Everything we are tasted very clean.
It felt like we were experiencing real, Japanese home cooking.
We had a sushi roll presented in flames, which gave it a wonderful torched flavor.
We also had Shiitake mushroom, spicy salmon and sweet potato.
The spicy mayo wasn’t my favorite but it didn’t even matter because everything was delicious.
We also had Yakisoba, which was incredible. I wish the portion was bigger but it was less expensive than usual so that’s ok.
Then the sushi chef brought out a wooden plate of Salmon skin, then a pair of salmon skin temaki rolls.
Everything was amazing and we’ll be sure to come back.
Thanks for the delicious cuisine and hospitality!
The Miso Ramen was the best that I ever had. Highly recommend.
