The place is similar to many others, and I really liked the flavor of the food. The main difference is that it wasn’t very crowded at the time I came, around 12:30 p.m. The place was very clean and well organized. The staff were there to help us and were very attentive. I really liked this place.

One of my favorite Ono locations. Excellent, friendly service and they always greet you when you enter the restaurant. Delicious food, everything from Fish/Shrimp Aloha plates that have wonderful salad and plenty of rice. I love the ‘hot’ dipping sauce, it’s not spicy, it just means ‘hot’ that it’s dispensed warm. I also love the perfectly crispy Katsu Chicken, and the flavorful Bar-B-Q chicken is seasoned perfectly. Occasional coupons in both mail and via email makes for an amazing deal too.

The steamed vegetables both broccoli and cabbages were too raw and chunky to chew definitely for kids. This is getting to be a normal cooking recently at this store. Food quality is good but bbq beef could use some TLC when grilled.

The place was really nice inside and there was a lot of parking. I got the bbq chicken and Teri beef combo, but both the chicken and Teri beef didn’t really have any taste, nothing like real Hawaiian food. The mac salad was probably the best dish outta the whole meal. This place is like an L&L if your looking for real Hawaiian food I would suggest going somewhere else.

Place look great and plenty on parking. Price of meals are on the high side for what you get. Got BBQ chicken and it was good with the rice veggie and macaroni salad. Could be better for the price. I leaned towards adding a 4th star because it has a drive through. This makes it really convenient especially with kids.

I’ve unfortunately been to this location twice, & both times, I ordered the same thing with the same results! The Teri beef plate… The meet is definitely poor quality with a lot of fat! The macaroni was hard ( boil it a little longer!). I had more cabbage than meet & the taste lacked that “ono” flavor. I’m originally from Oahu, Hawaii, born & raised… this isn’t what “local” food is supposed to taste like. Onos wouldn’t survive in Hawai! Thank goodness they cater to people who don’t know any better.
