Ordered on doordash a simple Baja Blast and a Dragonfruit Refresher. I received a water and straight brown liquid. tried to call, they ignored my call and declined it numerous times. horrible workers, horrible customer service. Genuinely how are you stupid enough to screw up 2 drinks.

Usually it’s decent. But the one time I get it my quesadilla it’s raw and on top of that the side of sour cream I got was only filled half way. I went up back to drive thru to get a new one or a fresh one. You would think. Nope. I got told the steamer broke and they used the stove. Which is fine but I thought they would’ve given me a new one. But nope. I guess the manager taught them to give raw food out so here we are. I gotta go back home and not only get more sour cream but also got to heat my food. Crazy work. This might just be the most pathetic taco bell I’ve ever been to. I used to think it was the employees but now after repeated issues I think it’s on the management

First off, it placed my order twice and they said to contact support instead of canceling the order. Then to give me chicken quesadillas without CHICKEN? Come on. I will not waste my money again and I will be disputing the charge with the bank. Overall, the app sucks, the website sucks, and the food is never prepared right or always missing items in almost any location I’ve gone.

At approximately 10:45 AM on 9/25/25, I placed a mobile order at this location and was very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service I received afterwards. My order was incorrect, as sour cream was added to my potatoes even though I specifically requested no sour cream and the potatoes were hard and dried up. Additionally, the Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme I received barely contained any chicken—mostly just lettuce, tomatoes, and a small amount of cheese.When I called the store to speak with a manager regarding these issues, the woman who answered refused to provide her name. Instead, she questioned who I was and continued to avoid answering when I politely asked again. After raising my voice out of frustration and asking why she wouldn’t identify herself, she hung up on me.I called back and was told by the same individual that she was the supervisor but still refused to give her name, citing personal reasons. Each time I insisted on a basic level of accountability by asking her name, she became defensive, claimed she felt threatened, and hung up on me again rather than assisting me with my issue.This type of behavior from a supervisor is deeply unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve to have their concerns addressed respectfully, not dismissed or treated with hostility. Following this incident, I contacted Taco Bell corporate and remained on hold for over 12 minutes before being connected with (Lester). Depending on the outcome of that conversation, I may update this review, but at this moment, I am reducing my previous 5-star review to 1 star.

I got DoorDash from here and it was beyond terrible and this isn’t the 1st time or even the 2nd time this has happened. I wanted a Baja Blast I got a water. I got a quesadilla with less cheese than 3 tacos. My crunchy taco turned into a taco salad. I tried to call just to voice my concerns and was told to bad so sad. Abdul if you ever read this just know your Scranton location is an absolute joke and dumpster fire of a Taco Bell location. 100s of bad reviews about the same issue and nothing is fixed.

horrible experience. went in today unaware the dinning room closed at 10 o clock. we happen to walk in at 9:55 and crew members are about to walk out to close the dining room.. all sighing , not one, but multiple crew reminded us we had 5 minuets to order and make sure we take it to go the male said that, and then a lady with a blond puffy bun with a grey sweater, glasses, came and yelled “our dining room closes in 5 minutes, so yall have 5 minuets to order then you’ll have to leave”
i replied and said “can i still order on the kiosk?” walks away no answer. received my cups, crew are all laughing and making me think they are playing with our food!
where was the manager ? was it supposed to be the girl in the grey? i definitely could not tell by the way her mouth was! this location is absolutely horrible , needs to be taken care of .

Ordered through door dash and they forgot my crunchwrap. All I got was a burrito and my drink. The burrito is good but really disappointed I didn’t get my crunchwrap. Door dash just gave me a slight refund.

Taco Bell in general is a joke just like McDonald’s. Went there and ordered something that had pico de gallo on it. I said no pico de gallo but ask them to put tomatoes on it only. Literally has the nerve to charge me 40 cents to add tomato on something that already had tomato and I just wanted it without the onions. Now I remember why I stopped eating at fast food places because McDonald’s does the same thing. Last time I’ll ever eat there
