Don’t ever order bacon and pay extra for it. Everytime I’ve ordered it,its left off. Even if its on the sandwich without paying extra. This time I even put it in the notes. Horrible. It’s a shame because its a good sub. I’ll have to go to different one besides the one in Jefferson

Ordered online at 12:03 for 12:18 pickup. Arrived 12:19 and they were just putting my philly on the grill. Ok, I can wait. Philly gets done and they stick it to the side. Don’t bother to call out my name. Finally left at 12:34.

Love Jersey Mike’s and the team wasn’t rude, but it was CHAOTIC. The server making my sandwich stopped to answer the phone with gloves on touching the following: phone, register, his nose, armpits while pacing back and forth. The server next to him was missing items from the previous sandwich and took meat off my sandwich to complete the sandwich for the customer she was waiting on. When the customer corrected her, she put the meat back on my sandwich. No one continued my order or said anything to me. I quietly left and went to Chick-fil-A.

I ordered the veggie sandwich. They were out of bell peppers even though their truck was there to unload. They were out of sweet tea as well. This was my second time eating here, and I wanted to try one more time. Both times were extremely chaotic!! In all honesty I think there needs to be an adult there to make sure things run smoothly. Food was delicious!!

Stopped in to give this Jersey Mike’s a try. Thumbs up for freshness, quality, and Service. It did take quite a bit longer to get a hot option than the cold. They are new so I suppose they are still working the kinks out.

When I entered the Jersey Mikes here in Jefferson, I was excepted to be met with good food as well as customer service. I was already frustrated as the parking was difficult, as spots were limited. When I walked in I was not greeted. Not a big deal, but it also took several minutes for workers to even acknowledge me or begin taking my order. Once one of the workers got off their phone to take my order- I began reading out my order, and I noticed he was being quite stingy… I wouldn’t say this if it wasn’t a normal portion and not the extra we may want to ask more for, but this was a ridiculously low portion of toppings. When I asked for more (politely) , I was met with a frustrated attitude and unwillingness towards continuing my order. Usually I don’t mind when workers are quiet or not overly friendly, were all trying our best in the work force- regardless our job. After he finished ringing me up, I asked for an extra cookie as I had seen and decided I would like a sweet treat. He mumbled under his breath and sighed heavily as if it was an extreme hassle to add a cookie to my order. Once I sat down, other customers came in and it also took several minutes for them to be attended to. Not to mention, the workers were always on their phones, even during work. I expected better from my experience here, I love a good Jersey Mikes sub. This experience however was not good at all and I will not be coming back here ever again.

Amazing experience and the food was delicious. If you have a celiacs disease they will accommodate for you and they will use a separate machine because of cross contamination but it might take a little bit longer than normal. Overall they are amazing and the food is amazing. 10/10 would go there again.

The best sub I have had in years! My husband enjoyed his Italian sub and I had the club sub Mike’s way with the addition of pepper relish. The lady behind the counter was so cheerful . ..an outstanding employee! The place was very clean .
