The ice cream here at cold Stone creamery was amazing. The customer service was ok.
The two people behind the counter could have been a little more friendly. The seating is a little tight as well. I do recommend it if you really wanna have cold Stone creamery. Parking is a little tough over here as it is overall street parking. Overall it was a busy location as they had a constant customer flow!

This Lynbrook location advertises a 1:00 a.m. closing time, yet the doors were locked around 12:40 a.m. while employees remained inside.
I’ve watched multiple customers arrive, check the posted hours, and leave frustrated because the store closed early. This seems to happen regularly here.
Other locations follow their hours — the Elmont store served us with only minutes left before closing. Customers shouldn’t have to guess whether this location will honor its posted hours.
Management should address this and correct the hours to avoid misleading the community.

’ve never had a worse experience with a manager in my life. I was accused of “calling the store multiple times” when in reality, I only called back because they called me first — to tell me that my cake couldn’t be made just a day before it was supposed to be ready. Now I’m left with no cake at all.
The manager was extremely rude on the phone, talking over me and acting like it was my fault. His employees clearly have no training in customer service — everyone I spoke to was unhelpful and dismissive. You’d think a bakery would know how to treat their customers, especially when they mess up an order this badly. I will never order from here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable or respectful business.

THIS HAS TO BE THE FLAGSHIP. I caught a late night movies at Regal theater, directly across the street, and my friend and I decided to get a sweet treat. Now I’ve been to many of cold stone before , in and out of town, BUT! This has to be the flagship store! The amount of flavors and topping is INSANE!!!!!!! Upon order at 11pm at night, I counted 40 different flavors of ice cream. To add to our heart attack there was a PLETHORA OF TOPPINGS and Bowls I haven’t seen anywhere else. Now I was in the mood for chocolate and cherry and asked for cherry toppings. Just when I thought I was in cold stone ice cream heaven, I was granted access to the upper echelon of experiences when the cashier asked if I wanted cherries OR CHERRY PIE FILLING!!! (my eyes widened, I know they widened lol). So along with all those toppings you never see stacked at most cold stones, they have a nerve to have a secret menu of toppings (please ask) . I had cheesecake ice cream, chocolate brownie, cherry pie filling, with graham cracker crust ( A GOD DAMN DREAM!) . The pie filling was soo good, a must try!! The service was great, they store is open late, and located conveniently at five corners in Lynbrook. This place is absolutely amazing and an ice cream lovers dream. 10/10

Horrible place. Don’t waste your time ordering from them ordered my cake 3 days in advance. When to pick up the cake and they had no cake for me. Not even a phone call Horrible horrible place horrible staff horrible management. My kid was looking forward for he’s bday cake that he created from cold stone.

This is obviously my opinion. I do not speak for everyone.1) It’s worth mentioning that this time I was not happy being in this store.
The music was playing so loud that the attendant could Not hear me when ordering.
After repeating my self twice I then increased my voice more and said “can you lower the volume of the music playing”
Which she did, thankfully.
2) I have no food allergies, but what I saw concerned me for people that do.
But again I do realize that people with food allergies are cautious as to where to find their goodies. But as a dessert shop that we enjoy I would assume most do as well.
Asking to be mindful and not to cross contaminate.
I called and spoke to a manager.

What amazing quality and portion for the price. We went here for a last minute cake need as we decided to surprise MIL on her bday what great service by the rep from helping choosing the cake to validating the ingredients to make sure there isn’t any eggs in it.

I’ve passed by this location so many times without noticing, not anymore. This mother’s day I ordered the “Strawberry Passion” cake online which was quite easy, pickup wasn’t as easy because of the many choices of ice-cream to choose from. They looked really appetizing.
Our cake was amazing my wife and her Sister is still talking about it.

I’ve been here a few times now, and every visit has been great. The ice cream is seriously amazing—super creamy, full of flavor, and they have so many fun mix-ins to choose from. It’s the kind of treat that instantly puts you in a better mood.
What really makes this place even better is the staff. They’re always friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they actually enjoy what they do. Will be back with the FAM!!
