My bread was so stale and nasty. Took it back and the woman kept telling me I got sick cause I have a bad stomach. She also kept telling me and my husband that we were the only ones to ever complain. I’ve never seen a location skimp as much as this location did with meat, cheese, and toppings. Our sandwich was nearly all bread. The bathroom was not clean. Chips and bottled soda were well stocked.

Order online with the app, no toasted, but I get toasted…..go into store the worker asked if I want it toasted, I say no, she put cold steak on a steak and cheese, toasted is the bun, you don’t toast meat. They cover the meat products with the metal tray. Sandwich is never right, if you order 10x, 9 1/2 will be wrong.

terrible experience, cant see the meats and cheese options, take forever and just procrastinated and put very little portions, they talk very quiet cant hear what they are saying, their churros taste just like chemicals and poison, theres not a single taste of cinnamon either. after i took a bite i spit it out, an hour later my stomach still feels very sick and at some point i got a little dizzy. DO NOT GET THE CHURROS. they need to fix that!!

It is always wrong. Worker is always on the phone and you are left wondering if she actually listened to you or..not. Then your sandwich is always wrong. especially if it involves more than 1 meat… GOOD LUCK GO ELSEWHERE

Went there and asked if I could use a coupon for buy one get one free foot long. She said yes but would not let me use it for certain sandwiches. The foot long steak and cheese she made had barely any meat. I know they’re portioned out but I think she used one container for the whole thing instead of per half. I couldn’t see her because she was hidden behind pans when she did that and I got it to go so I didn’t see it until I opened it and it was mostly all bread. The other sub was fine. I will not go back there.

The worker clearly didn’t care about listening to what we asked for. Gave me a dirty look when I reminded him what I had already asked for. I think maybe he should have taken his ear buds out and pretended he enjoys getting a paycheck. I’ve eaten here plenty in the past and have never had these problems with the workers before. Very sad to return and receive that kind of treatment. Foods warm and decent and that’s why I gave y’all 2stars.

Now that they have a shield on the meat cooling island, customer cannot see anymore. Tuna sub had the thinnest layer of tuna ever. I glanced over thru the veggie counter and could not see tuna. Did not say anything. Next sub comes thru, BLT. Asked how many bacon strips were on there. Thought about ordering extra cuz I couldn’t see bacon on bread. She said 8 pieces of bacon were under the cheese. Nope. Got home. 3 pieces of bacon. Seems since they have the new cover on the meat chiller they are not offering same portion of meats, because u cannot see anymore thru window.You don’t realize it until you get home because they quick cover it with cheese before it passes to the veggie Window.
