Ordered Chalupa, No cheese, no sour cream. Guess what. They added cheese and sour cream. Let them know and they remade it. I specifically said no cheese no sour cream. Got home, they didn’t add cheese, but still added sour cream…. had to scrape out and barely even had meat.

This is just an easy go to asa trucker when your having a long day! Easy in and easy out just park in the back by the hotel or right after the right lane ends sign. Manager is understanding and accommodating to my orders whenever any issues have ever arisen. Have come here for like 3+ years off/on

This taco bell closes at 11pm and we arrived at 10:21pm, telling us they did not have enough meat to make 12 tacos, so then we asked for 6 tacos and still said they wasn’t enough. We were extremely hungry so we went down to 4 tacos with them saying that should be possible. There is still 40mins to closing time, this is unacceptable when we would’ve waited as long as they needed for them to make us any they could. But we were turned down, I get that they want to close soon but 40minutes before?? When the main item to make all the items is meat why stop so soon?

Stopped by around 9:30 pm on 12 May after hauling my 17ft trailer from New Mexico. Their dining area was closed but the drive thru was still open. I knocked on the door because I didn’t want to maneuver the trailer through the drive thru. A gentleman pointed to the drive thru, and I replied by pointing to my trailer. He came to open the door but he said I had to use the drive thru. I asked if he really wanted me to maneuver the trailer through there. He then made a call over the headset and replied that there’s nothing he can do because the manager said I had to use the drive thru. He mentioned the manager is female and she said that McDonald’s is open so I could go there. I would have been happy to order something to go but it was a hard no from the manager. So I did what any sensible person would do with a craving for Taco Bell. I dragged the trailer through the drive thru. I’m gonna get my Taco Bell, drive thru be damned!!
After clearing the 9ft clearance bar, I approached the intercom and a female voice came over. I proceeded to order my Steak Power Burrito then made a wide turn to go to the window. The night manager definitely was not expecting that.
From the receipt, her name is Anita. If there was a different female manager on shift then please reply and let me know. Don’t want to put on blast the wrong person. I have also attached a picture of my rig and the receipt from that eventful night.
