Marlin went above and beyond during my visit to Shake Shack. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was running smoothly. He checked in to make sure our order was right and that we were satisfied, which really showed great customer service. It’s not often you see a manager so involved and positive with both customers and staff. Because of Marlin, the whole experience was top-notch. Definitely a 5-star visit!

I usually enjoy Shake Shack, but the service at this location was unacceptable tonight. After a long wait in the drive-thru to correct an initial mistake, the order was still wrong when I got home. My request for no mayo (allergy-related) was ignored, and the sizes were incorrect. At these price points, customers expect professional service and order accuracy. Disappointed that I’ll have to find a new go-to spot.

First time trying! Wow delicious. The truffle fries were so fresh. The truffle sauce is divine. I loved the truffle burger. I will def be back. (The place is a bit pricey but you’re paying for quality, and this food is def quality, especially fresh truffles that you get with your order. Totally worth enjoying. The customer service was so friendly. I had 3 different people greet me and ask if I was helped. They were all smiles and just seemed like a good work flow. I’m really happy to see that. Can’t wait to go back.

The food would be great if they actually gave me the correct order. Oh, and the very next time I ordered from here, they put cheese all over a burger that isn’t supposed to have cheese. Waste of my time and money.

Saw the bad reviews and decided to give it a shot. I ordered the Korean BBQ chicken and my husband had a burger. We both got fries and a shake. I do not understand the bad reviews. Staff was friendly, food came out fast and hot. Plus it was delicious. Im so glad we chose here for dinner. We will be making this a favorite stop.

Place looks nice from the road and even when you walk in as a cozy little feel. Employees were polite and friendly but almost $30 for a chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, cheese fries and a drink was way more than it should cost. Although their food was good, I wouldn’t say it had anything special about it or was over the top in anyway. It’s a place you’ll probably go occasionally but not something you’ll crave. I would highly recommend that they have a grilled chicken sandwich available or even something without breading and you only have two selections of cheese, American or Monterey.

They charged me $28 for this…Way too expensive. I checked the app and it should have only been $24 so I feel like they scammed me, they never confirm the order or what you want on it so it’s always a guessing game, usually a long wait time. No ice in a drink never happens. Skip this place
