So today I go in after a long morning leaving my study room I decided to stop here to grab a quick slice since I hadn’t ate all morning. Grabbed a slice before going to do some shopping only to open the box take one bite and I discover a whole large stain of hair on top of the slice at that very moment my whole appetite gets disgusted. Who knows whose head this strain of hair could have come from is all I thought.
I decided to call in to speak with the manager about the situation. I ask is his cooks required to wear hair nets?? With no hesitation he tells me it’s not the law. I then tell him he may want to enforce it in the food industry as It is a FDA food code. I then explain to him upon opening my box of pizza I found a large strain of hair on my slice a pizza. He goes on to say bring it back in he would sure like to see it.
I return to this establishment this manager looks at the stain of hair and says I don’t have anyone here with that kind of hair.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HIS RESPONSE AND HOW INCONSIDERATE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS. AS IF HE COULD DETERMINE WHAT KIND OF HAIR THIS WAS OR THAT I WOULD JUST MAKE THIS STORY UP ABOUT A $4 SLICE OF PIZZA AND WASTE MY TIME AFTER A LONG DAY TO CALL AND BRING THIS TO HIS ATTENTION. PLEASE DO BETTER AS A MANAGER AND ENFORCE THINGS AS HAIR NETS SO THESE TYPE OF THINGS DON’T HAPPEN AN YOU THINK THAT YOU WOULD KNOW HOW TO DETERMINE WHERE OR HOW EVERY KIND OR STRAIN OF HAIR IN THE ESTABLISHMENT LOOKS LIKE. I ALSO LEFT A PICTURE BELOW FYI FOR YOUR REVIEW BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY YOUR DON’T CARE TO FOLLOW THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE FDA FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS. May wanna go get some training on your customer service as well because your response was very unprofessional and unacceptable.
Just in case you were insinuating it was my hair as I explained the pizza sat in my car while I shop and I came back out freshly opened and bit into the slice when I discovered the hair. I also had on a full hat with my hair fully covered when I arrived to pick up the slice and when I returned to return the slice for your review..

We were there for a private group event before the place opened to the public so I didn’t take any pictures. Staff was very nice. I only had pizza and salad, the pizza I had was delicious but I forgot to ask which one it was. It didnt have meat and it had a slice of tomato cooked on top. Whatever it was the seasoning was perfect. It was my first time there and I guess I was most pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Good customer service is always a good thing. Would u go again? Yes, because you can’t find friendly staff every where.

Eh it’s okay deep-dish pizza. Definitely go the Giordano’s or Lou Malnati’s route if possible, the quality leaves a bit to be desired, but this place does in a pinch. One medium pizza was good for four meals easily.

To be honest they deserve 4.5 stars I ordered the cheese ravioli and somehow ended up with 2 orders. It was literally swimming in the meat sauce and the raviolis were/are huge had to be 3 to 3.5” square. The flavor of the sauce and the raviolis as well as the Italian sausage I ordered with it had my mouth salivating just before every bite. Don’t remember the last time any food item made that happen, just absolutely delicious. The one thing that was missing was garlic bread or a breadstick or 2. Beyond that I have at least 3 meals ready for me to heat up. Outstanding I will order again
