It is probably just the very old restaurant. From what I see most of the orders are mobile, so nobody is inside. The crew is 3 people, you would need to wait a bit. The condensation is dripping from the ceiling, some tables were not clean. The parking lot is pretty empty.

Ordered a fish sandwich and fries through the mobile app. They gave me a chicken sandwich that was almost room temperature. Fries tasted weird. Won’t be coming back here.

I wish I would’ve taken a picture before I inhaled it. Because the whopper they made me was commercial ready. And the fries were perfect.
My Service was pretty much instant as well.
I don’t even like fast food like that, But they just did a REALLY good job. Definitely come here when I want a cheeseburger!

I stopped at this Burger King because I was hungry after work and Interstate 480 was closed. The truck ahead of me apparently made a big order and I think there was only one or two employees. This was about 11:30 pm at night. I had quite a long wait in the drive through. There was a time in the late 1990s when I frequented this Burger King, and went inside.

Look at the recent reviews. Store runs out of whopper patties constantly. That’s literally what you guys sell. Store is also closed random times of day usually 2 hours earlier than posted times. Don’t turn off signs or online ordering. Needs to be closed down to not continue hurting the brand or fire the GM. In an age of fast food failures this is a prime example. Can easily turn off orders, put out a sign up saying you can’t hold employees due to mistreatment and are closed but doing nothing on top of not ordering probably is next level. Seriously turning me off burger kings altogether if a franchise can’t get burgers (which is in the name) and can’t figure out basic issues if needing to close early due to staff (which is clearly on management.) Been waiting a bit to post a review as I understand the industry however this is pitiful. Watched an employee served a last order drive away during open hours just now. Before hand witnessed several employees duck under the counter during open hours trying to hide also during open hours. I’m just confused at this point. Burger King why hurt your brand at this point. Some of these spots are owner operated under contract contract. This was close to my house but I’m done with Burger King at this point. For 13$ for a burger and $.20 cent of potato’s and $.10 for a drink go local. Get real food with real hours/employees for $12$. While writing this review for 4 mins iv seen 7 cars try to come in during open hours. Lights were on at 9:10 pm. Photos taken at 9:17 after sitting in the dive through trying to be patient then see the employee drive off.

I went here and they gave me a meat burger instead of an impossible burger. Of course magically Burger King can’t do anything about it. Love spending money on food I can’t eat, the receipt showed veggie burger too.

Why staple the bag if you’re not going to put all the food that was ordered in it? And the chicken fries were cold even though our hotel is just 5 minutes away from this location. Thankfully I won’t be back here.
