I visited today, 11/23/24, in the afternoon, and the experience was disappointing. The employee was extremely disrespectful—didn’t even greet us and seemed upset the entire time. When handing over our smoothies, they threw the straws onto the counter instead of giving them to us directly. For me, good service is essential when choosing a place to visit, and I definitely didn’t feel welcome. I won’t be coming back.

Neglect online orders. Arrived at the pickup time, waited in line, inquired about online order. Employee said she had not gotten to those yet as it was quite busy, then proceeded to help the people just walking in while continuing to neglect online orders. It would’ve been faster if I had just ordered in person.
