Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. There was only 2 cars ahead of me. It seems like most of the employees are more focused on smoking cigarettes outside. I saw multiple cars behind me give up and drive away. Its not even rush hour, there’s literally 3 cars including me

Store ran out of 8 inch tortilla for the kids meal, I was told I had to order an adult meal to get the quseadia my kids wanted. When I asked if they would just do the ten inch shell for the kids meal I was told buy the manager that fine we’ll do it this time because I’m some kind of special. Very bad management and people skills. Left without ordering, don’t trust someone like that with my food.

I ordered delivery, don’t recommend. I didn’t get my drink, so I called the store per the instructions on the website and no one answered the phone (yes they’re open.) and no online reviews for delivery orders. Our “mexifries” has about 4 whole ones the rest were crumbs and pieces of the poor potatoes that were served before ( a looooong time before). Taco came in a burrito sized tortilla with average taco filling, more bread than taco. I fixed this by pulling it apart and discarding the extra tortilla.
Order delivery at your own risk. You can’t get ahold of anyone and if they miss drinks and fries.. won’t be purchasing a meal again. Why pay for a meal? If you want it done right go to the store.

Placed order online. I was missing items and called and they said they’d send it right over. After 20 min I called again and asked about my items, they said we don’t deliver, I told her my food was delivered and missing items. She asked my address again. Then hung up, have yet to receive my food items. Not impressed with their order fulfillment.
