UPDATE 11/5/25: Still bad, still reckless. Ordered a plain pretzel burger out of curiosity and received a fully loaded burger. DON’T COME HERE FOR FOOD!

If you were to ask me how I felt about Sonic a year ago, I would have given him five stars no questions asked. The food was good especially their grilled cheese double burgers and her mozzarella sticks. And if there ever was problems with my food they were genuinely quick to fix it and didn’t cause any further trouble. As of Sunday though I feel insulted to even give them this one out of five. The weight was atrocious despite not many cars being out there. It was 30 minutes before I even got my food and that was with me placing in the order onthe app. After I left I checked my food only for to be done completely wrong, so wrong in fact that it included stuff that wasn’t even options to be customizable on. I bought some grilled cheese double burgers and we’re in the kitchen wasn’t told that lettuce shouldn’t be on their period it isn’t an option by default it isn’t even a topping. Speaking on toppings it had yet had just about everything on top of it on there for whatever, even though I ordered plain. So naturally I went back told him I order was wrong this time vocally so there wouldn’t be any problems understanding when I wanted and waited another freaking 30 minutes. This time I checked before I left but only for the burgers to have a ketchup and onions. Otherwise, not plain. I’m not sure if it was the workers first day on a job and knowing this to be the last day they had to cook that thing, but it is terrible practice to serve food to your customers and not bother to double check to be sure that everything’s all right cuz it’s one thing that the customer makes mistake on their order but it’s something else when the restaurant themselves makes and problem messes it up twice.

I’ve been going to this Sonic since about 2016 and as of now I have no intentions to come back unless they have a brand new crew. I beg you to drive to the other Sonics around here. As it stands this Sonic right here is a mess of what it was a couple months ago and some serious work needs to be done.

And one more thing, there really should be refund policy if what they made was wrong or not with the customer had on purchased. Because right now I have a $15 hole in my pocket that I cannot get back and I can’t even enjoy that burger before it was moved off the menu again.

Visiting KY from MA, on a Sunday afternoon, the kids got excited to see this unusual stall arrangement, so we stopped by to get drinks and fries. Little did we know we would sit and wait about 15 minutes :-/ This place serves fast food very slowly

I ordered the $1 corn dogs, pretzels, and mozzarella sticks with dipping sauces. Drove to the window and my order was wrong, I was charged full price, and no dipping sauces were in the bag. I am very upset but I was home before I noticed the missing sauces and realized I had been overcharged. Bad day at work and bad day at Sonic

Sonic is always good, most of the time. My last few rimes, the speakera, in which u place your order are turned up so loud, I can’t even understand. Then they rush you out of your order. I feel like I’m bothering them when I come here. Customer doesn’t seem to be number one. At least the stall I pulled into worked.

I don’t know why I keep giving this sonic new chances to show me they’re even a little better. Because they’re not. My burger had a huge puddle of grease beside it in the wrapper, and the bun on top was soaked as well. My slushee wasn’t even slush. The slush ice was completely melted, and the flavor was so over powering it was undrinkable. Let me just say, after having so many problem, I had great service from the manager Stacy

I ordered on the app, arrived, then sat waiting for 10-15 minutes. The carhop gentleman brought food to a nearby car but nothing to us. Eventually a car parked in the stall beside us and we heard a woman tell the driver that they were drive through only. I pulled around to the drive through speaker and waited a few more minutes to finally be told I could pull up to the window. A couple minutes later we finally received our food. Once we pulled away and parked to check our order, we discovered my burger was entirely incorrect (cheese when I’m lactose intolerant and ordered it without was the biggest offender) and our tots were room temperature. What should’ve been a five minute experience took the better part of half hour and resulted in me going home and making myself a sandwich rather than eating cold, incorrectly prepared food.

I enjoy sonic because I can stay in my car with my dog and still enjoy a delicious meal. I really like the smash burgers, but I prefer mine with no smasher sauce. Ocean water always makes me feel “beachy” without the sand! Im old school and remember the good old days when drive ins and car hops were all the rage. Sonic gives me a little nostalgic break to my day!

I hate that this sonic is such garbage now. They don’t blend their milkshakes at all now. The past three times we’ve been here it’s like they sprinkled the topping on them and just said “yeah that looks about right. The banana pudding shake we got looked like they just sprayed the flavor on top and didn’t bother to mix it in. We got extra candy in one and I stg it looks like there isn’t any in there, I could understand if they were low but they need to communicate that to the customer. Also they never talk to you at all, never” does you food look okay, is this correct?” nothing. In fact the person that brought out our food today had a smug smile on their face like they were trying not to laugh. Don’t go to this location, the one on Southside and by the park are far better.

the last 3 times i’ve been to this location i have had to set at the drive through screen waiting to order, or waiting in line for my 2 drinks for over 30 minutes every single time. i love sonic but this location is very slow.
