The food was not good. Overall quality was terrible. The worker did not tell me there was an additional $2.50 charge for lemonade which I assumed any drink would be included in my meal I paid $13.99 for. The Mac n cheese smelled sour and did not look edible. Nothing was offered to replace the Mac n cheese nor did anyone seem to care that I was unhappy after spending $30 for two meals. Although the worker probably couldn’t have done much the owner should be ashamed.

I stopped in at 7pm on 5/30/25 The workers here were friendly and fairly quick however the food wasn’t entirely what I come to expect from Popeyes. I ordered a 5pcs chicken tenders combo with fries. The biscuit was unfortunately pretty dry and the chicken tenders themselves were pretty flat and mostly just breading. For $18 I expected a lot better $18 for this seems insane and only left me feeling sad. Overall taste wise it’s okay but not as good as a full size Popeyes location and I would recommend just going somewhere else if you can but this place will work if you’re really hungry and in a rush.

I’ve been here several times. The last time they completely ignored me standing at the counter. I ended up leaving after 10 min. I love Popeyes so I figured id try this location again. They were rude, took about 5 min before they took my order, then took an additional 20 min to prep a 3 piece with mashed potatoes. Food quality was mediocre, none of it was fresh they just weren’t in a hurry. 1 guy with ear buds in, one confused teenager. They must have pointed at the order screen in the back 20 times. The manager finally came over but didn’t do anything to help. She didn’t seem to care much either. Considering it’s 2 in the afternoon with 3 people waiting behind me and no real rush id say skip this rest area and hit the next one unless you like waiting

Came in 10/27/25 between 12:45 and 1:15 pm a gentleman working the front counter “white Male” was sooo friendly and kind. He made my experience worth it after my food was delayed due to some confusion with my order,he is definitely management material for sure. Thank you sir for your kindness.

This is the worst Popeyes I even have. Over cooked ,cold Chicken and bad service. I try to replace the bad chicken, the server let me wait for 5 mins, and rejected. She told me, it’s normal.

Your sign says you close at 8:00 p.m. . First I went to the counter and stood there for 5 minutes until I had to say hello around the corner or someone to help me. In the end all you had was a few pieces of chicken and some old mashed potato and gravy. Everything looked already closed. If you’re going to stay open till 8:00 p.m. you got to cook until 8:00 p.m. .

NOT OPEN TILL 11! I walked in at 8pm with several other guests for Popeyes and it was CLOSED, no lights on, nothing.

What ever lady worked tonight was very very unprofessional and just absolutely frustrating she knows she has a line and tells her cook to just close down the fryers when they don’t even close yet when they should see what her line wants or needs first not only did I wait in line for over 15 minutes she didn’t have anything I wanted or needed she was willing to drop biscuits for me but not chicken and then she can fry fries but not my order which seemed ridiculous to me when he clearly just asked her are u sure and she responded with yea I’ll tell them I told u to call it for the night very very bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!! I refuse to stop at this Popeyes again
