How do I have to wait after people that finish there order after me when I park a big truck at the gas station . The cashier knows that was wrong I can’t what after someone that does not know what they wanted so unprofessional plus my burritos ice cold and it wasn’t even fresh plus I had onions on it when I ordered No onions. Highkirkuinely this is the worst taco bell to ever exist. The incompetence and absolute consistency on A) being out of items & B) forgetting items in an order is genuinely insane. It has been this way for years at this point & it shows no sign of stopping. My only review ive ever made on this account is to highlight how terrible this taco bell always is and always will be. These guys need to shut this one down and learn a thing or two from the one on airport. Maybe then will they finally hire someone that shows sign of complex life.

Stay away from this Taco Bell. This is unprofessionalism. The Woman manager refused to open the door at 10 o’clock said that she’s not selling two white people. Ordered food for 3, 2 of them were boxes, but instead of boxes they just put everything together on a tray. Had to open everything to figure out what was what.
Took a long time to get the food also, and the restaurant was definitely not busy.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER.
They get orders wrong and you have to wait for them to fix things. My husband has gone here three times and he’s had to wait over 20 minutes each time to get his food. This last time when he finally got it, it was incorrect and he had to wait even longer. They don’t even apologize for making you wait, it’s ridiculous. This place needs some serious remedial training.

Every single time I have come to this Taco Bell location it is the same terrible service. It does not matter if I come at 2 PM in the afternoon or 8 PM at night. It takes absolutely forevvvvver To get your food if you are planning on coming here just make sure you have about 20 to 30 minutes to wait for your food to be ready. Do not recommend this place

I’ve been to this Taco Bell numerous times and haven’t said a thing, but wrong order after wrong order I will make this review. They forgot my main order then after I call they tell me to drive all the way back for a refund. Not only this but in the past I’ve had wrong orders and forgot items. No more Taco Bell on Immakalee

Worst service ever and filthy restaurant. Came in and ordered. After 20 minutes of waiting and no one acknowledging us waiting we asked when our food would be ready. Lazy worker said they don’t know and can’t tell us when! We then called for a manager and instead of him fixing it to make the food he issued a refund that we asked for. Unreal! I worked in fast food. Would never treat customers like this. Other folks not served as well after 30 minutes! They also kept screwing up the orders they were putting out as we watched them redo several. Lastly the restaurant was filthy. Dirty floors, windows, and countertops. This place needs a complete operational overhaul.
