Today was my first time at Forresta’s Healthy Living and I was really impressed. The customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in! Forresta was so kind and attentive. My butter pecan protein shake and red velvet muffin pie were AMAZING! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Everything Forresta’s creates IS DELICIOUS!! My son was curious about what was in the store just from looking at the exterior of the location which boasts of its natural teas. We were pleasantly surprised and got the Oreo protein milkshake, the Root Beer milkshake and 2 Biscoff and Hazelnut muffins. They are handmade with coconut oil and quality ingredients. The customer service is amazing and the atmosphere is loving and encouraging. I met the owner today and she shared her story and wisdom with me. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Thank you for your message. I’d like to clarify a few points respectfully and calmly.
First, thank you for acknowledging that I visited your store this afternoon and that an expired item was given to me. My review was never intended to harm your business; its only purpose was to alert others about the concern of expired products being provided to customers.
I visited your store looking for a cold coffee option with regular milk (not oat milk, and I am not lactose intolerant). Although the options I was looking for were not available, I still chose to support your small local business by trying an alternative product. After taking a sip, I politely mentioned that I didn’t like the drink. At that point, the expired protein bar was offered to me. I did not ask for any discounts, free items, or samples.
My only concern — and the reason I spoke up — is the fact that an expired food item was given to a customer. Being a small business should never come at the cost of food safety, and I believe it’s important for any establishment to be cautious about this.
Regarding the claims made about my behavior at other businesses, I respectfully disagree. I have never sought free items or discounts through complaints, and such statements are inaccurate.
I hope this clears up any misunderstanding. My intention has always been transparency and safety, not conflict. I wish you the best and hope this feedback helps prevent similar situations in the future.

I met Forresta at my place of work, had a wonderful conversation that led me back to her business. Now when I tell you I’ve never experienced a muffin so flavorful while still being healthy. On top of the best protein shakes I’ve ever had. So many flavors the options. The vibes the atmosphere. You should definitely try out Forresta’s. 5 Stars for sure!

First, the customer service was incredible. Forresta is very friendly and down to earth. Second, the food was AMAZING! It feels like a cheat day because it taste so good. And lastly the atmosphere is relaxing. It’s a place where you can go to unwind, eat a healthy meal/snack and chill or socialize. Definitely go and check it out. You’ll love it.
