They shut down way too early and don’t honor their hours of operation. Food is good but if you’re going anytime after 10:00 p.m. you’re taking a Gamble if you’re going to get served or not despite closing at 11:00.

Burgers tasted ok not great. The chicken sandwich tasted “funny” they replaced it no charge. But….both drink fountains and every flavor was syrup. Also no water because a plumbing service was fixing something I the men’s room. This was noon, lunch hour! No sign indicating to customers that there was no water, ice or fountain drinks. Good thing I like warm tea. No refund was given or offered to remove drinks from our ticket. Never again!

Thanks to the 2 guys covered in tattoos this Saturday morning, we were served in the drive thru quickly enough to get my daughter home before she lost it and she finally ate her food! The stars were cooked perfectly and fries werent too greasy or salty. Thank you for save a dad some stress.

John was extremely rude to my family. When my dad went inside to order food, John completely ignored him and claimed it was because he thought my dad looked impaired, which was not true. His behavior came across as lazy and disrespectful. We know the manager, Alejandro, and will be speaking with him about how our family was treated.

Check your food before you bite into it. My burger had bad lettuce. Other than that, the person at the window was nice and got my order correct.

Don’t get combo # 7. The bread is not like the one on the picture, the meat is very flat, and it’s just overall not good. For the price, I should have gotten the burger from Applebee’s. Now, that’s a good burger.

The food used to be consistent, but over the past year it’s gone down in quality and service.
I have yet to get a decent order of fries. They usually short the amount of fries and they’re either old, cold or greasy. Sometimes all of the above.
I keep going back because it’s close to home and hopefully one day I’ll get that illusive decent order of fries
