Delicious food!! Fantastic service. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend. Really great Korean food. We had Kimchi fried rice (sooo good!), Japche (glass noodles), Ttuckboki (rice cake in spicy sauce & cheese), Mandu guk (rice cake and potsticker soup). All very delicious Alot of people coming in. Was a full restaurant.

As a real Korean who lived most of life in Korea, I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Every dish tastes like it was made with real care, beautifully seasoned, deeply flavorful, and so much authentic. The kind of food that reminds you why Korean cuisine is so special. The atmosphere is welcoming, the portions are generous, and you can feel the care in every plate. This is my favorite spots around and a place I’ll keep coming back to.

We had a delicious meal at Ginger Itaewon. The food was delicious and they even had Korean beer! We visited Korea last year and we were able to enjoy those amazing flavors again at this place. The service was also very nice and attentive. 5/5

Food was INCREDIBLE! We went and the owner was so nice and gave us great recommendations for the food. Prices and portions are great for the student budget as well. Kimchi is so fresh and you should definitely ask for the house chili oil.

Spectacular food. Korean pancakes were flavorful and soft. Garlic beef fried rice was devine. Home made chili oil was amazing. Superb food and friendly staff. So glad to have you in Evergreen! We will be back soon.

This new Korean/Korean BBQ restaurant by Safeway (Ginger Itaewon) is awesome!!! Really nice young couple who hand make everything down to the chili oil and kimchi. Super welcome addition to the foothills!!! We had Sundubu soup, spicy pork bulgogi, seafood pancake, and kimchi jjigae soup. As good or better than everything we have had in denver…great homemade vibe!!!

Really high quality food and Korean cooking! A gem of a spot to have in the area. The soondubu jiggae was so flavorful and pork bulgogi some of the best we’ve had.
They’re still very new and ironing out the kinks, and we waited about an hour and 15min to get our food, but it was worth the wait and the staff were very apologetic.
My only issue is I’d love to have more banchan for when multiple entrees are ordered, as we only received one tray to share for two entrees.

No one is more excited about this place than me! This will be my new weekly staple. Evergreen has desperately needed Korean food, and this place far exceeded expectations. I usually either have to cook Korean food at home, or drive down to Denver to get my fix. 10/10!!!
