This is the cleanest most professional location in this side of the 757. The store is always clean. They are always nice. Food is always fresh. And service is fast. I would drive from Hampton for this location. Trust me. It’s the bomb. They deserve some kind of award from corporate. Bc the one is Williamsburg shut it down. The ones in Hampton are slow and dirty. Patrick Henry mall is okay as well. But the CNU location is top tier.

I usually don’t write reviews but today I ordered two bowls, with both rice, the lady gives HALF a scoop of rice, when I asked for more she seemed to be annoyed and she gives a quarter scoop of rice mind you I had a veggie bowl so no meat , also no beans. I got corn and cheese and the guy gave a generous amount. I’m not sure what her issue was but be mindful when you go to this chipotle because they do skimp your bowl. My food didn’t even go past the rim of the bowl

It bad that I have gone two different day like Friday and Sunday around 5:30. First nite no black beans or pepper and onions, second nite no chicken, brown rice also no queso. And pepper and onion. I walk out the staff was rude when you ask about products not there. Now I see why there only rated 3, stars I have gone to different one and will not return to one at CNU.

The Chipotle in Hampton, Va was so much better. The burrito I got had no taste whatsoever. Didn’t get the queso I ordered with chips. My fault for not checking the order before I left but I shouldn’t have to. I won’t be going back.

They don’t listen too well, and the AI system sucks. I wish I could talk to someone about a problem that could be answered in a minute. They were my favorite Chipotle, but due to their careless and lackluster portion size, which I’m not even taking about the protein, I’m talking about the baby spoonful of rice and beans.

This used to be my favorite chipotle. In the last 6 months, that has changed. Last visit the young lady behind the counter was very rude. She flat out ignored a question I asked and when I discussed with management the response was “ she’s having a bad day”. Against my better judgement I returned for my most recent visit.service was great food was ok, but I’d prefer my salads without plastic. I was scooping my salad to take a bite and noticed something clear. 1st thought was a shrimp shell, then I realized they don’t sale shrimp, after pushing the other ingredients away I learned it was plastic. This is very very disappointing.

I have tried this Chipotle location at least four times. I used to work for a Chipotle and still love the food. What drives me crazy here is how often corners are cut. The steak is often overdone, fajitas are mushy, and the cilantro in the rice is brown from being mixed hours before rather than being fresh. I also get frustrated every time I order online. I will receive a notification that my order is ready and I can pick it up, but when I come in, no orders are on the pick up shelf. I ask about it, and I’m told it will be right up.
Tonight it was 15 minutes of waiting after I received my notification that my order was ready before I watched them make my order. I would have been out faster by waiting in line at the store.
All that being said, the people are very kind. I appreciate being smiled at, and I know working customer service and food service is hard.
