Valentines evening I ordered a 16 piece dark and family fries. When I got home there was one of the workers leftovers food box( fried shrimps and fries and dirty napkins. Bought 5 pieces white chicken mild. The breast were cut lengthwise into. They don’t even serve a whole breast anymore! Y’all need to do better. I was appalled at this blatant scam to get more chicken out of one piece! And the biscuits tasted funny on the outside Those are my favorite! DO BETTER POPEYES!

The Atmosphere was okay but not very inviting. The restroom and floors were nasty when you walked in, and both needed to be cleaned. The workers could not remember what I had ordered. I had to tell them twice what I ordered, and the wait was over 20 minutes.

Visited this restaurant tonight. Food was all very cold, tasted disgusting, and was very undeserved. Because I had a disagreement with thomasina some time ago, I believe this is why my food was that way. When I pulled to the window, the Manager on duty and all workers were laughing before I even paid. To try to start drama, they made her come to the window to take my payment, but i said nothing. I never said a word. I handle things professionally. I won’t be going back, but I’ll be pushing this further. Very unprofessional to play in people’s food at these prices. Although the manager said have a good night, I know it was fake because she was laughing still. When are yall going to get better people with class, respect, and real customer service at these places???

I went to my Marksville drive thru at Popeyes tonight. They messed up my order. Had to go in was missing 4 items from my order then they were rude about it all. The drive thru person that was taking orders acted like she didn’t wanna be there. And missed half my order I told her. Manager was rude. If you don’t want your job find another one. But dont be rude when y’all are the ones messing up. My biscuits tasted like they were cook on dirty pans. They were gross.
