A must try! I have never got anything from here that wasn’t delicious! All donuts and pastries are fresh! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I have called in donut orders, and they would be ready on time and waiting for pickup. Glaze King does not even compare to Dunkin or anywhere like that. Always delicious!

So this isn’t a review about the donuts. The donuts are great and the owner is very sweet. It’s her other worker that is extremely rude… The white woman with glasses.. She has zero customer service expertise….. I came right at 8:00 am to pick up my pre order and she was the one who took my pre order days before. I waved at her and told her , ” I’m back,.and then she packed the donuts for me… ” A few hours later I get a call saying , ” are you not coming to pick up your order? We’re loosing business because of you…. ” I told her I already came and got the order and you were the one who took my pre order and the one who packed it this morning… She proceeded to tell me that, ” I don’t know you like that personally. ” And then kept going on about how they were going to lose business because of me…. Absolutely unacceptable to talk to someone like that. She should not be in customer service if shes going to talk to people like that .. They’re definitely going to lose my business now because I’m not going back as long as she’s employed there and talking to people like that.

Definitely must try you won’t be disappointed! I was amazed how crispy and moist the donut are. I had to pick up four on a road trip and it still kept its moisture for a couple of days, they must have a master pastry Chef because it’s cook to perfection !
