A Sweet Experience Gone Sour
Dear Freddy’s Team,
I wanted to share my recent experience at your Parker location, as a loyal customer who believes in the joy of indulging in a tasty treat.
On a warm day, I decided to treat my kids to some ice cream and headed to your drive-thru. Typically, I prefer to place my orders inside, but the drive-thru seemed like a fun option that day! I ordered 4 mini sundaes, and I must say, the person who took my order was very efficient.
However, upon reaching the pick-up window, we experienced a bit of a wait—over 10 minutes, which felt a tad long for just 4 mini sundaes. I should have checked them before driving off, but the excitement of ice cream got the best of us!
Once we got home and opened them up, we were met with quite a surprise. Instead of the delightful sundaes we were expecting, each cup contained only a small drop of Ice cream! To be honest, the serving looked quite ridiculous, with the bottom of the ice cream container clearly visible. We were all very disappointed, especially the kids who were looking forward to a fun treat.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, not to complain, but in the hopes that I can help improve the experience for future customers. I know Freddy’s is all about creating joyful moments, and I’d love to see that energy reflected in the treats we receive!

I love the shakes here! If you haven’t had a frozen custard shake yet, this is the place to go. For a fast food chain, the food is pretty good. I actually love their style of steak burgers. They’re kind of flattened in a weird way. As for the shakes, they only have chocolate and vanilla but they provide a lot of different flavor toppings. So delicious! Service was very nice as well.

Xavier did such a great job taking care of us in the drive-thru. Had a great attitude and was very upbeat. Not to mention super kind, can’t express how nice it was to have somebody in the food business be so good at what they do. It shows that he cares about his job.

So in Minnesota, we don’t have a Freddys. I came to Colorado on a business trip. I was here last week. First time eating at Freddy’s. It was delicious. I couldn’t believe how good of a burger it was today. I’m in Colorado again. Stop at a different Freddy’s this one was at 18424 Cottonwood Dr., Parker, CO and there was not even any meat on it. it was almost like they burnt the hamburger and it was crispy. Disgusting dry. I can’t believe it. I won’t be going here anymore.

I’m so sorry to say this but the oil tastes like it needs filtered and the burger tastes like a dirty grill.
Not sure what happened, used to be good. Second time in a row it hasn’t been a pleasurable experience, was hoping last time was just an off night. Unfortunately this seems to becoming a pattern and sadly it will be a while before I come back.

Unorganized chaos and slowest drive thru in existence 30 mins is wild work. Where is the supervisors and managers to help the young team?¿ Shameful. Watched multiple people wait in the drive thru till there turn just to drive out. Watched customers inside angry and aggressive towards the employees while at the window to pay. The employees looked flustered and overwhelmed due to 10 customers. Do better helping your employees maintain composure and get people taken care of.

I wish I could put zero stars. I pulled up to the window and was greeted with the worst attitude I have ever witnessed and then proceeded to get incorrect change back. Went inside and talked to the manager and they both just stood there and looked at each other saying “I’m sorry” wow what MEANINGFUL words. Both of them looked high and just dumfounded. Both should be fired from tonight. On top of that my tater tots were on the bottom of my bag and because I had to go in and say something my burger was soggy and disgusting. Will be in later to talk to a DIFFERENT manager! Absolutely ridiculous! Waste of my time and money..

Had a bad experience at the other Freddy’s location in Parker so I decided to try this location. Unfortunately, I did not have a better experience here. My burger was undercooked, the meat was clearly pink. Such as disappointment as I used to like eating Freddy’s.

What a joke. Pay almost $15 for a meal. My tots were 2/3rd full. And the meat on my double burger was thinner then most toilet paper. As well as the LONG wait for a burger and tots. Complete waste of money and time. Also my tator tots tasted like raw unions…..This place needs to shut down and figure its crap out!!!! 100% zero stars if I could!
