Had a perfect experience this week. Walked in to a big smile and greeting from the front counter staff. Our order was executed quickly and our blizzards were so well-made (lots of mix-ins!). They also took notice that we had a dog waiting outside in the car and they made us a sweet dog treat without us asking. You can tell they’re under new ownership because service and quality was never at this high level in previous years that we visited this DQ. Great customer service!

Well, this is supposed to be a snickers blizzard, but really it’s just a cup with a bunch of vanilla ice cream in it… if this was a one time thing at this location, I wouldn’t write a review, but this is literally every single time we come here. We love Dairy Queen and trying, but I’m done.

This establishment is absolutely terrible. I went in tonight with my two small children and it was the biggest mistake. They are out of a bunch of the ingredients so you are limited on what you can get. It probably would have been better if they had a menu of what you could actually order instead of the menu they have. It is also very unsanitary! All of the toppings that they were using for people’s ice cream are sitting on the count in white containers with no lids on protecting them from any type of contamination. The condiments for the hot dogs are sitting on top of the trash area and again the relish had no lid on it and the onion were just sitting in a tupperware container. The kids (yes the whole store is being run by just high school students) are making people’s ice cream while handling money with NO gloves on. I can’t even begin to think about what is touching all over people’s food. None of the tables were wiped down and there was trash sitting on the window ledge. You can tell that the owner does not care about this establishment and allows the kids to run the place with no direction whatsoever. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

Just in case everyone frequently buys ice cream cakes from here they switched the original sugary icing to a “creamy” icing similar to carvel cakes. Save your money and go to wal mart.

This place gets my order wrong 99% of the time. Its pretty unbelievable they can mess up an ice cream order with 2 ingredients when all they sell is ice cream.

Ice cream and service were true to the brand. The place was busy and the two people behind the counter were working hard. They were also pleasant. The bathroom was clean. Plenty of parking with easy in and out. A very convenient location, whether local or coming off the highway.

The Board of health needs to investigate. The place was filthy. Dried up food covered a plastic tablecloth covering the front counter. Behind the counter there was candy and crumbs spilled all over the counter that is used to make sundaes. All the topping dispensers were covered with dried up syrup. The ice cream machine was filthy. Flying insects were swarming the store. They have only vanilla for over a month. We were told last time that the machine was broken. Two customers bought cakes while I was there and they were upset nobody could write on the cakes. The place is ran by teenagers. No adult supervision to make sure employees are following food handling rules. Somebody needs to do something before somebody gets food poison or worse.

I was in line for 45 minutes Thursday evening. I ordered a cheesecake blizzard. Got it, went to my car and it had ZERO cheesecake. It was all vanilla ice cream with a small scoop of strawberries on top. Don’t waist your time going here!
