Caruso’s has been my favorite pizza shop since I was a child. I first experienced their pizza when I was maybe 7 years old. I’ve since lived in 6 different states, and no matter how many different pizzerias I’ve visited, Caruso’s is still at the top and holds a special place in my heart. The Caruso family has created such a special environment, and the food is amazing. I highly recommend stopping by for the food as well as the warm, welcoming, family atmosphere.

Still best chicken cheese steak around!! Husband & I been customers over 35 years. We actually ordered chicken cheese steak sub the kind with lettuce tomato & onion/mayo. Our order came out as chicken cheese steak with sauce and cheese. We said something waitress. They brought plate of fresh sliced tomatoes, onions and lettuce….put on sandwich and it was even more delicious!!

Absolutely horrible and disgusting. Long story short, ordered online, they forgot more than half my order blaming that the back kitchen never got my order . More than 30 minutes go by and they bring the forgotten items to my car and take $6 off (after I asked them to reimburse me for the inconvenience as I had 4 hungry kids in the car) bring food home and the wings that were ordered as mild brought tears to my kids eyes as well as my own. Way too spicy and def not mild.
4 cheese pizza was not cooked all the way. Tasted like they drizzled American cheese on top of the pizza.
Only thing that was delicious was the salad.
Sent 2 messages to the business and never heard anything back. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. We ended up throwing the food out.

Most delicious pizza I’ve ever eaten. Their service was really great also. This is a really great place overall and I think everyone should come eat here. They have many exceptional employees including Joel.

It’s a shame – in the past, they had great food and we ordered from them frequently BUT our recent order was nasty! The bread on our sandwiches were burnt – I mean who would serve their customers that? Obviously, management doesn’t care – look at photos – we will be ordering from the Sandwich Factory, Salt & Pepper and Picasso’s from now on…if management has stopped caring about their product, time to move on!!!

I am from the area of the country where people think Pizza Hut is good pizza. I was raised in an Italian town in NYS. Caruso is good pizza. Being transplanted to TN did not stop my love for good Pizza. Try Carusos. U will like it.

What happened to Caruso’s? One rude dude ruined the whole experience.
I used to love getting takeout. Yummy food at the end of a long day. The staff — often students — were so personable and polite. The last three times I’ve called, however, some nasty guy answered the phone and snapped at me for some unknown reason — every time! If he’s at the pick-up window, same deal. My fear is this is the owner, so he can’t be fired.
Rude once — forgiven. Rude twice — questioned giving them business. Rude THREE times — never again. A good thing gone bad. Customer service counts!!

This used to be our FAVORITE place for pizza, boils and subs. The last two times we got salad with half the stuff the menu said it had. Pizza was burned and boil was so wet. We won’t order here anymore

Food was excellent no complaints there. But, both were supposed to be grinders only 1was. I ordered through the slice app. You have a charge for everything. From the ingredients on our subs to a service charge to a delivery charge and a tip. The delivery driver does nothing to earn a tip. He/she just places the food at the door without even a knock. I specifically requested a knock so I know when my food has arrived. As far as the service fee, why should I pay for you to upgrade your equipment? Again the only thing great was the food, nothing else.

After ordering multiple times and the continued mess ups, I had to leave a review. I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza w/ extra cheese and pepperoni. As you can see there isn’t any pepperoni and as for the cheese? It doesn’t even touch the sides of the slice. All the cheese is in the middle. What’s extra about that? When calling there is no customer service, they just want to argue about the issue. Their justification for my order being messed up is that they didn’t charge me for the pepperoni. Considering that I paid over $11 for 2 slices I expect it to be the way I want it. Maybe instead of rushing through the order, take your time and get it right. As for me I will no longer order from this Caruso’s and definitely not recommend it to others. This isn’t the first time nor will it be the last screw up.
