The customer service I experienced was absolutely disheartening. It felt as if I was met with an ocean of negativity and dismissive attitudes at every turn, forcing the building manager to intervene just for my needs to be acknowledged. When I humbly requested more veggies, what I received felt like a mere afterthought—a single slice of tomato and a sprinkle of wilted lettuce. I ordered a rotisserie chicken with bacon, but rather than the service I deserved, the girl barked back at me, “Do you mean a chicken bacon ranch?” It was as if my request was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Paying nearly $20 for a wrap that came laden with nothing but contempt and disregard is utterly absurd. If providing quality service is a challenge, perhaps it’s time to reconsider your path in customer care.

They thinned out their meat slices which I’d normally be okay with that, except they’re putting the same number of slices on. For the price they’re charging, it’s definitely not worth it. You can literally buy a pound of whatever deli meat you prefer, even from Publix, and make you half a dozen subs for what they charge. Subway has gotten bad about ripping people off for their products.

Only my son wants to go to Subway for pizza. He absolutely loves their pizza & I like that there are healthy options for me. Every time we visit, we are able to get our orders quickly filled & it’s always delicious.

Normally good food. Love their meatball marinara. If they are scheduled to close at 5pm, why did I get turned away at 4pm? Apparantly they like to close up early and hang out in the back so don’t go if it’s the last hour.

This subway is very very poor. It is not clean at all the glass is dirty the microwave the floor is dirty. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The bread pans don’t have the white paper so the bread can be set on the paper and not the pans. The pans are dirty so why are you putting the bread on those pans. The oven and counter are dirty the floor looks like it hasnt been sweeped. The line is dirty and the food is in different combrows. The service was good just cleaning needs to be better thank you.

The service was good and the person making my sandwich was pleasant although I watched her pull the bread from the oven, when I got it back to my desk to eat, it was stale and nasty. There was zero freshness to the bread. Not happy!

Screw this place! Young woman at the front was extremely rude when I asked for a Subway Club, saying “We don’t serve roast beef anymore, for the 50th time” at first I thought she was joking, so I asked what else I should get and she LAUGHED in my FACE and said “pick anything I don’t care”. Disgusting manners.
