Stopped by this Taco Bell on a Friday evening to pick up a mobile order through the drive-thru, and it was a great experience. My order was ready when I arrived, which made the pickup quick and easy. The food was good, well-prepared, and met my expectations.
There was only one car ahead of me, so the drive-thru moved smoothly with minimal waiting. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service, making the experience even better.
Overall, this location made mobile pickup super convenient — fast service, friendly staff, and a hassle-free visit. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I used the Taco Bell app and customized my lunch but when I opened the bag I was disappointed. Obviously reading and interpreting the order at this location isn’t their strong suit. Please do better Taco Bell.

This is my new favorite Taco Bell, the reason is Dashaila. She made our night! We visited on January 3, at 10:24 PM. We had just visited two other different fast food, restaurants, where all of our interactions were void of humanity; No smiles, all drudgery, and the food was really weird.
When we arrived at this Taco Bell after those interactions, we were pleasantly surprised by Dashaila. She greeted us with a happy sounding voice, and a sincerity you don’t often find in a drive-through. She was so pleasant and kind, she truly made our night! We received the order super quick and it was all perfect. It also tasted really good! Please give her a raise!!

This is fast food guys. I have came multiple times and waited 30 min+ with 8 cars in the line. I genuinely have no idea what they are doing in there. This is the last time I will go this location. Have been waiting for an hour for my food. Again, this is FAST FOOD. This place needs a change in management it needs to be shutdown.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. As I was walking up at 7:55 to pick up my large 50 taco order I had already placed, the worker locked the door in my face and refused to acknowledge me or respond to me asking if I could just pick up. The line for the drive through was backed up probably twelve people, and we waited 15 minutes before I gave up because we were already late. If it were 8, I would get that I missed my opportunity. It was not. If the manager bothered calling me back, I would never write a review. No response whatsoever. No tacos. No reimbursement.

Like any corporate fast food restaurant, this place has hiccups. The difference is that the management here is honest, clear, and accommodating. Every time I’ve had to get something fixed, it’s done with the highest fidelity of work, and I feel like I’m actually being listened to as a customer. That’s difficult to maintain in a regular restaurant, let alone fast food. Happy to say this is my neighborhood Taco Bell.
