I order the spinach and feta thin crust without onions. Without fail, they always add onions to a few slices (not the whole pizza, which is weird too). Tonight, I not only had onions on some of my pizza, but I also found a black olive, italian sausage, some bits of green peppers, a piece of chicken, and a piece of steak. Disappointed that it’s always the same issue, but tonight was especially weird.

I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak pizza and instead of steak, it came with pork sausage. This is unbelievable and shows a total lack of respect for customers who don’t eat pork—whether for religious reasons, allergies, or health concerns. Making such a substitution without informing the customer is irresponsible and unacceptable.

Food excellent but depends on cook if greasy. However service is shitty lately. Delivery is $4.99 plus tax plus tip. And pizza sits for an hour before delivered. Maybe one day they will deliver pizza within 30 mins like both papa John’s and Howie’s.

Our pizza was not ready on time. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked if someone could help us. The man at the oven said “Can’t you see I’m busy and can’t help you.” I asked if someone else could help and he said, “I said I’m busy. If you’re not happy and don’t like it here feel free to go somewhere else.” He added a few other words. Eventually someone helped us and said she’d look for our order. 10 minutes later she came back and realized we were still there she tried again snd someone found our order sitting on a table. Then they baked our pizza. A little over 1/2 hour past our pickup time we got our pizza. We filed a complaint and got a message that the manager would contact us. He never did – so we notified the company he never did and never heard back. We will never again buy Dominos.

My fiance and I just moved over here on the 10th of July. Being fans of Domino’s, and after a long day at work, I ordered myself the combo deal of a pizza, 16-piece parmesan bread bites, and a 2 liter on the 11th. They forgot the two liter (I had to go back the next night to retrieve it) and the pizza was not cut. The crust was also very strange and dense, and the parmesan bites were almost hard, none of the seasonings were baked into them. There were just piles of cheese and dry little puffs of flavorless dough.
We shrugged this off as just a bad night.
On the 14th, we decided to take advantage of the half off deal and have a date night. The results were even worse. My fiance (who had the pepperoni thin crust) had asked for extra sauce and instead received NONE. There was also no sauce on mine. Mine was hollow and fell apart when I tried to pick it up, feeling a lot like a fried elephant ear dessert from the fair. The toppings were uneven and the whole thing was like sandpaper to eat. Our parmesan bites were the exact same as the ones I had gotten a few days prior. Only the lava cakes were correct.
Both incidents were a complete waste of money and time. It would have been nice to receive compensation or something for such disasters. I don’t know if there’s something about this location, or if these two nights happened to be coincidence, but it’s not likely that we’ll give them another chance. Domino’s usually has good coupons and I enjoy the rewards system, but unless this location does something, we might not be returning customers. I’ve already started warning friends/family about going there after this debacle.
