Received my order in 1.5 hrs. The app was showing delivered and Mmmm. But, I did not have the pizza in my hand. 45 mins passed, no calls from store. So o called them as kids were waiting. The manager said that we have driver shortage. I asked her why haven’t you called me and told me. I would have come and picked it up. I asked why does your app show delivered when the food is no where near my house? She calmly said it is a glitch. Worst experience, worst store, suggest going other brands and not this store at all.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had while ordering from a fast food place. Our delivery took an extremely long time to get here and when it did the delivery driver was extremely rude. But that wasn’t the only thing wrong with our experience. I ordered the cookie brownie and upon us opening the box, there was only 3 pieces when there was supposed to be 9. I also got the parmesan bites which was supposed to contain 32 pieces which only came with 12. The pizza was ice cold and some of the pieces were laying on top of the others as if someone was picking up the pieces.
We called the store and the manager or whoever was in charge (a woman) was extremely rude and wasn’t actually listening to our concern. It’s obvious either the driver ate it or they didn’t put it in the box to begin with. The manager accused us of eating the food yet we called immediately after the food got here. They also wanted us to bring the food there to “see what they can do” why would I bring my food that was DELIVERERY back to the store when they got the order wrong?
Overall horrible experience I will never be ordering from this place again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I have been a customer for almost 5 years and didn’t have any problem. Today, when I took the order and came home, kids ate few cheesy bread. When I noticed, it was way under cooked and not the usual standard taste. When I called, the woman just said bring back the bread, we will make a new one. I said kids ate without knowing its under cooked. She simply said “it went to the over along with pizza, so it must be cooked. I can’t do anything”. I don’t ve the need to cheat and get a free bread. I have never complained about the food for almost 5 years why would I complain now. Too bad of service and never expected this from this store.
To the manager and the woman who took my call. See for urself how under cooked it is. It’s better to drive to other store or deliver from other store.

We were extremely disappointed with our order. Despite requesting a well-done pizza, it arrived soft and underwhelming. There was hardly any cheese or sauce, leaving it tasting mostly like plain bread, and the crust was noticeably thinner than usual. This was far below the quality we expected.

I ordered food from the Domino’s at 3201 US-27, Franklin NJ. When I opened the box, it appeared toppings had been removed from my chicken pizza. The food looked tampered with and unsafe to eat. Pizza also very dry not fresh at all . I’ve attached photos. This is unacceptable and a serious food-safety concern. I’m requesting a full refund and for this location to be investigated.

I wish I could give negative rating to this store. I ordered two veg pizzas and one pasta primevera . I was expecting a veg pasta but guess what I got.. pasta with chicken and ham in it. When I called the store the guy asked me bring it back to store so he can check that I am not lying. I asked for refund for pasta only but he hung up on me. I called one more time and then a girl said the same thing.. we are not refunding anything, bring pasta to store we will check and make another for you. Seriously?? No, this was the last time I went there. Not again in my life!!!

First timer : ordered pizza for a bday party and it was good. We ordered garlic breads and surprisingly it was soft and tasted awesome . Nice and quick customer service . Ordered it online and picked it up. Everything was ready and hot when we went to pick up. Tried cheese pizza and pineapple /olive/ jalapeño pizza. It was good. Parking is good .
