This was our first time eating in at Brekkie Shack. I door dashed once, and it was so good I had to eat there in person. My son ordered the Brekkie of Champions. He loved everything. The sweet potato and Brussels sprouts hash was so good! We ordered the Loaded tots and the waffle bites. Both were so delicious, but the loaded tots were AH-MA-ZING!! We tried a couple of sweets and a pumpkin spice latte. The daily doughnut was also out of this world. Along with the food, the staff was fabulous! Everyone was so welcoming and you can really tell the owners love what they do and their customers! The place was hopping, but the staff seemed to not be phased and our food came out quickly and hot. The portions were large, so we definitely took leftovers home which made the prices really reasonable. We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and it was great because it felt like we were on vacation. Parking was easy, there is a free garage right next door. We will definitely be back and I will definitely be hosting a mom’s brunch sometime soon 🙂

PLEASE GO HERE! 10/10
My boyfriend and I went here to order takeout and now this will be our new spot! We both ordered the coastin burrito and it was AMAZING! We also got a cinnamon roll to split! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious and they have many options to choose from! Their baked goods are baked fresh and still very warm when we order! The staff is so friendly and helpful and seemed like they care a lot about their customers! Will be adding this to a list of places to go!

very trendy. Food was was overall pretty good. However, the only thing I would change is the Cinomon roll. If it were not for the icing, the Cinomon roll had no flavor. The prices were a bit pricey. the service was slow….we were there before the crowd only 2 other tables had customers when we arrived yet it was close to 15-20 mins to get 2 breakfast sandwiches and one breakfast bowl. A bit long. still a nice place overall.

I have come here a few times, and I usually really love this place! However I believe there needs to be a better organization in the food delivery, I ordered an Arnold Palmer and a meat lovers burrito and they put drip coffee with lemonade and the meat lovers burrito was 50% mayonnaise, and our server never checked on us after dropping the food off. A lot of great options, especially in the pastry department, but could use some work!

Cinnamon rolls sitting uncovered on counter exposed to every single person walking by . It’s a mix between cafe/cafeteria grabbing utensils not clean salt/pepper, water etc. seat yourself good luck. Friendly staff after ordering they give a small metal number so staff has to walk the entire place looking for you. No one to ask is everything ok or wood you like another coffee breakfast hash delicious but the arugula orzo salad was swimming in olive oil 4 orders and the one person with celiac disease got their order sent out wrong so they had to go up to the counter to get it corrected.
Just not my cup of tea seemed to chaotic but the place was full so evidently people like it.

The waffle bites were basically just burnt donut holes. Tried the seasonal egg hash sliders, very little flavor. Extremely mushy.

Had a chance to meet Lisa and her team recently at a business conference and it dawned ne me that we had ordered take out from them a way back and our team really enjoyed. The idea that they have great offerings as well as being a local business, we love to support them!

Absolutely ZERO seasoning. No salt, no pepper. No jam. No butter, just expensive tasteless food. Got the brekkie of champions and it was terrible and dry. Who eats plain wheat bread?, who eats Brussels with absolutely no seasoning? The bacon was the only thing with flavor, and by the time it got to me it was soggy as heck. Terrible. The strawberries were not fresh either.. hope we dont get food poisoning.

This place just doesn’t feel like a real breakfast spot. I get that everyone has their own spin on the classic breakfast sandwich, but Brekkie Shack totally missed the mark. In a city where the egg sandwich at Fox in the Snow is a favorite, this one felt like a sad attempt. The egg looked like it came from the freezer, the bacon was somehow both overcooked and floppy, and the aioli tasted more like ranch—way too much of it, too. If you’re going to brand yourself as a breakfast go-to, at least start with fresh ingredients and some attention to detail.
This place feels like a half-baked passion project with no real understanding of food or branding. I won’t be back, and I definitely wouldn’t bring out-of-town guests here. It’s just not worth it.

Had high hopes after perusing menu online. Long line wait, no paper menus in line. Once soem arrived they were dirty.
70 dollars with tip. Granted, part of that is under estimating portion sizes which were large on most things except the vegetarian hash.
Fellow diner enjoyed their food alright which was the BLT and a deep fried bagel dish. I liked the chili oil with the latter. Also their french fries they let me try them and they were really good and crispy.
I got a maple latte (which was good), vegetarian hash and an avocado toast.
You seat yourself and provide yourself everything you need (flatware, seasonings, etc). Most booths and surfaces were dirty, including the screen I had to touch to sign for payment.
Hash was okay although it was bland and lacked firmness and color. Eggs were not cooked properly as the whites were not fully done, resulting in slimy texture. Flavor profiles were good. Avocado toast was disgusting. Not only was it not toasted, but someone in the kitchen must have poured on lemon juice way too much. Soggy and lemony.
People were nice enough, no complaints there. Just the food it wasn’t worth the price points in my opinion. Maybe it was a fluke.
