I am a big Dairy Queen plain ice cream cone fan for its thickness and malted flavoring. I never leave bad reviews but I ordered a plain ice cream cone at this location and it tasted nothing like a normal Dairy Queen ice cream cone. It was melted and it couldn’t even hold its shape. It tasted like nothing, watered down artificial vanilla and I had to throw it out the window after a couple licks. Worse $1.62 I’ve ever spent

Stopped in with my mother to dine in for lunch. I ordered the number one, and my mother had the chicken strip combo. The first bite out of my burger had a 12-inch hair in it. Disgusting! I chose not to have another burger made as the first one wasn’t suitable. I did notice that not one employee in the back had a hairnet or hair restraint on. And instead of refunding me for the combo meal, I was given $6 and some change back. Do better, Dairy Queen!

We eat here a few times a month. Tonight’s food was not editable. The fries were cold and stale. The chicken was cold a mushy and the cheese burger was very dry. I am not one to complain but this evenings food was not anywhere close to good. Please make fresh food during non peak hours. Trust me people would rather wait an extra four to five minutes for fresh food.
