Stopped by New York grill and was pleasantly surprised.. The guy at the front is super nice, patient, and was very well mannered. He communicates well and helps me out and was very patient with my father. He recommended the potato bowl for me and a Philly mix for my father, and it was amazing. I’ll definitely be back. Overall great experience, great food, great customer service.

Mediocre at best, food was disappointing. My Husband said the chicken tasted funny. I ordered the catfish fillet meal, the fish wasn’t catfish it was whiting fish but they charged me for catfish fillet. Customer Service was cool but they could do better… Will not return!

Food was pretty good and unique I’m from Texas so a lot of the foods weren’t that familiar. The Guy that took my order was super nice he suggested me something and it was amazing. Next time I’m in saint Louis I’ll definitely stop by again. Amazing food and amazing service.

It is a caucasian women that works at the front who has blonde Senegalese twist I’m not sure of her name but she was very rude, she kelp cutting me off and at some point she decided she was going to walk away from completing my order when I was not done ordering. she has a terrible attitude and should not be working in this type of establishment of she can not control her attitude. I will not be back to this place and plus my chicken was nasty as well.

I have to say NYG came through for our untraditional Thanksgiving Meal of Wings, Catfish, and tender. Ordered and paid for the day before. My order was ready to pickup ontime. Everything was hot and fresh and family was full, happy, and satisfied with leftovers for tomorrow. Thanks for the great service for cashier and stepping up your game over all. Job well done. The service here was good. But the food is not. The chicken wings are overcooked and under seasoned. The fish was over cooked and extremely dry. The shrimp fried shrimp was ok. The fries were swimming in so much cheese that they were inedible smh. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before going in there. A waste of food and money. $34 and I can’t even enjoy anything I purchased. Plz keep driving don’t stop here. ❌
