Weekday night service is terrible. 2 nights in a row bad service. Food good 1 night and not the other. Waited 20 minutes for an online order. Food missing. No Queso no Lemonade. Fries served hard ad brick. No potatoes inside. Service slow. Every car had to pull around and wait for food while ther was no one inside. Everyone waiting looked disappointed.

Used app at 9:30 pm . Drive to store was there by 9:40pm. No outside lights on. I walk to door and was told to use drive thru. So I pull thru and The Absolute RUDE Woman Manager that refused to open the window to tell me they were closed. (The door and web says 11pm btw) I spent over 30 in the app and have never had a problem so didn’t know how to get a refund. The woman thought I was Door Dash and just kept telling me to go live chat. I travel am not local so there for did not know that this store just makes up it’s OWN Rules. I sat in Parking lot for OVER Half Hour trying to get my refund thru the app. Gave up and would love to personally know what the owner would think of this wonderful treatment by the actual Manager Herself who should Not Be a Manager .

Currently 830 pm and my online order was supposed to be up by 8 so I figured I’d give um a minute but get here and lobby is closed so go to drive thru and a nice man answered but some rude lil girl said go to the door. Currently sitting here an hour after was supposed to be ready.

Absolutely terrible. Go to the one in Oxford if you really want KFC. I placed an order at 6:45pm. I showed up to pick it up at 7:15. It still wasn’t ready, and at 7:30 I get told that they are all out of everything I ordered. I asked how are you out of everything? They respond “we’re not out of it, we just have everything put up for the night”. At 7:30! They don’t close until 10pm!

The food is not good, the wait time is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. Needless to say I will never go back to KFC in Henderson. I tried giving them another chance after my last bad experience with them months ago, where it took 90 mins to finally get my small order of food. This was the final straw.

I placed an online order and received an email saying it was received at 5:16pm. We arrived to the restaurant and was told at 5:58 they just received the order online. I showed them the screenshot from the email saying it was received at 5:16. They then backtracked and said that they just wait until you get there to make it fresh. They parked us, and we waited an additional 30 min. I went back inside to ask about the food again, to which they said they made the food already and thought we had it, and they would make it then. I asked for a refund and they refused saying I would need to do that online. I told them I had tried and it would not let me, so they brought the manager out, and told her they stopped making the food when I asked for refund…. I denied and told the manager the real situation. She went back to the kitchen and made the order within 5 min. I finally received my food at 6:29.

Don’t even waste your time or gas going. They either don’t have half the menu or something in the kitchen isn’t working properly. And if by the blessing of the Gods you’re able to actually order what you want, you’re going to be waiting forever and your order might be wrong.

My mom went to this restaurant yesterday and they left out her potato wedges, today my father had to deal with a nasty cashier and an unacceptable quality of food. Look at the picture below.. This was the biscuit my father received with his order today. I don’t know who needs to be retrained, but I DO NOT appreciate my elderly parents being exposed to unprofessionalism and disrespect!! I’d give 0 stars if possible!!

Put in my order 45 min before pick-up. Was told they were out of extra crispy, got Cole slaw instead of Mac and cheese…. (What child eats Cole slaw?) I don’t understand how hard it is to have an order together and ready in 45 min…. I’ve work in restaurants and went to culinary school…. That isn’t hard to fix….
