Ordered a pizza here through uber Uber Eats . Paid $2.55 extra for salami and got 1/4 of a salami per slice. Sub par in terms of expectations. The pizza tasted fine but I literally paid $2.55 for 1.5 pieces of salami on my pizza. Really disappointing. I hadn’t had pizza pizza in years and I definitely won’t be coming back to this chain.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and found part of an employee’s glove inside. This is a SERIOUS choking, health and food safety concern. How was this not seen while preparing the pizza??!!!!

The pizza was hot and fresh and the crust was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside – just the way I like it!
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Passed by for a quick lunch option – walk-in special. A bit of confusion with ordering a medium AND a large special (one topping, however the premium toppings are more $) – it took about 10 min to get on the same page .
They were courteous and the place seemed clean. The order was handled well and the product was good for a basic fast food chain.
The Bottom Line: would visit again if it was on the path and maybe wanted a fast cheap pizza. Definitely not a must-go-back crave type of dish.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats, which I canceled almost immediately. Uber refused to refund me, so I called Pizza Pizza directly to see if they could at least deliver the pizza if I was not getting a refund. Instead of assisting, they told me they hadn’t received payment from Uber and could not see the order, and that was the end of the conversation.
There was no effort to accommodate me, no real customer care. I was left with no food and still charged $38. As a customer, I expect at least some willingness to help resolve an issue, even if the order came through a third party. Unfortunately, Pizza Pizza offered none.

Ordered XXL pizza with olives brocoli and 1 more topping, got it home and when we started eating it just tasted like we are eating sauce and cheese, they put toppings very very minimal and i can literally count the number of olives theey put in my pizza.
The person at the front was not co-operative at all.

TERRIBLE PIZZA!!! Ordered my meduim pizza and it came with almost no cheese and completly soggy dough. After calling coustomer service they said all they could do was give me a $10 credit on my next order. What makes you think I would ever order from here again? Thew it in the trash beofre I could even take photos. Terrible service, terrible pizza

Ordered two topping medium pizza. Toppings were green peppers and pepperoni. Well, barely any green peppers clearly. They try to cut corners with the toppings and rip you off. Best to go to another location and avoid this one.
Just an update from Pizza Pizza, they called me and left a voicemail. I called back the company and they said the person I’m trying to contact wasn’t in but will call me back. It’s been over a week and I’m still waiting. Pizza Pizza customer service is terrible.

The new staff has made sure that the food tastes like cardboard. Missing items, missing order notes is the norm. The staff needs to learn some basic English. You need a saw to cut through this pizza.
