Called at 9:30PM to place a carry out order since google states they do not close until 11PM on Fridays. Asked to place a carry out order when the employee answered and was told that I couldn’t since they would be closing early.
I mentioned that their hours are listed for 11PM and was told that those were only hours for when freshman are attending college in September? I clarified that I couldn’t place an order since it was still 30 minutes to close. He then stated that as long as it was a small order that I could. I said I wanted to place an order for 1 Joey Eats Fries and 2 Loaded Macs.
Only to continued to be told that they don’t have mac n cheese anymore and have sold out of cheese sauce for the day.
Really disappointed because it seemed the employee was being lazy and didn’t want to work. Which sucks because the food here is really great.

The man at the counter Ryo was friendly and patient since it was my first time here he answer my questions perfectly and had a smile that I wish everyone had while working. I ordered food through the Crimson Coward app to be delivered by door dash last night and never got my food. The order was picked up and then canceled. Called the store and was referred to door dash which I knew was not right as I’ve had this happen when ordered directly through door dash and had issues resolved instantly which, was not the case as this was ordered directly through the CC app therefore all payment and order info was through and from the store. Called door dash and of course they referred me back to the store as the order was placed directly through them and was told that nothing could be done as there was no manager on site to call back tomorrow. Ok, called back today and there’s still no manager on site and they “might” be in tomorrow. There’s no customer service line, therefore I’m playing phone tag at this point hoping a manager decides to come to work to resolve issues with stolen food and no refund. My question is what happens when there’s an issue in store? Tell the customer sorry the manager “might” come in tomorrow? I’ve had food from here multiple times and it’s been great, when you actually get it.

Excellent food! Took a shot on ordering here today after driving past the place the other day and I’m super glad I did! Probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Although the wait was a little long (which I’m assuming they were very busy as it is Saturday as I’m writing this) it was well worth the wait. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

I waited and waited they forgot my order. The girl forgot to even check the back screen for the app orders. The manager on duty was goofing around with the 2 ladies instead of checking for orders. There was a reason why I ordered 20mins ahead of time so it would be ready when I got there I had somewhere to be. And the store was empty it’s not like they were busy. Ridiculous! I liked their food but service and management is horrible.

I’ve tried both the chicken and smashed burger, and personally I prefer the smashed burger. Best way to have food from here is to eat it while it’s fresh and hot. Glad we got a new halal spot in town!

I ordered a 3 piece medium chicken tender with fries. The tenders were generous sized and cooked to perfection. They were juicy and tender but a little on the greasy side. The breading and seasoning were very good but the chicken itself needed some salt, pepper, and garlic to make them perfect. I will be returning to try other items on the menu and my be brave enough to try the burn baby burn seasoning.
