They say you can tell how clean a restaurant kitchen is by how clean the bathroom is… yikes!!! Two of the three women’s stalls were shut down, and it stunk and was very dirty. The back half of the dining room space is blocked off by plastic tablecloths and they’re using it as extra kitchen storage I guess… The food was very bland, the service was so so and the restaurant was very dirty and run dow. The electric panel box was open. Cob webs on the decorations. Dried food on the floor & tables… definitely won’t be back…

I can only give it 2 stars. The “puffy” tacos were flat. The rice was flavorless (I’m pretty sure it was white rice with a dash of tomato sauce- no cumin, no chicken broth). The beans were a funny color as though they came from a can, also no flavor. Their chips were good and so was the cheese enchiladas. Great Mexican food is hard to come by in Saginaw.

Oh my goodness what a cute place this is… everyone is so friendly and the tamales with the chili gravy was delicious and so was Jose the waiters recommendation of enchiladas with chicken oh they were so scrumptious!!! So delicious, I can’t wait to try more!!

Don’t usually have any issues but today I order chicken enchiladas dinner and the girl who put it in the bag didn’t full close my box so when I got home most of my sides slide into the bag. Also food was very bland today like no seasoning.

El Rancho Grande Taco dinner is a must have. We travel back home to Saginaw from Holland, MI. and have to stop here. The food here is always great! The staff is so friendly. We will always come back!

Went for lunch there today. First, order was incorrect, then food was cold. Waitress never came back to check on us or how the food was or a drink refill. When she brought the checks, I mentioned the food was cold, she said oh sorry and that was it. Also the restaurant was freezing cold. All four of us agreed, we won’t be back.
