I have been here twice and had the same experience both times…There were 2 cashiers that were very pleasant and working hard (same 2 women both visits) delicious food….but the manager treats her employees like garbage and doesn’t treat the customers much better. I plan to return to offer a job to both cashiers, but will never be a customer again!

Only giving this 3 stars because, when it was delivered it was missing a side of fries. And the “extras” we added to one of the sandwiches were missing. The food was good, but, the Chicken Teriyaki was a little dry. Also, I think it was a little overpriced. But again, that could be because we had it delivered.

They don’t understand basic English…. Buyer beware.. refuse to give me corporate phone number….. An argument with me for 5 minutes over a dispute that was resolved. Its shameful that any manager or any corporate executive select these type of employees to work here that don’t understand basic English and can’t communicate in basic English without arguing over the validity of a dispute.

Terrible! Just terrible! Never got the order right. Took it back for them to correct the order….still order incorrect. Also, they are taking shortcuts by not giving you the proper amount of vegetables that come with you sandwiches. So not go to this Charlie’s. The new owners clearly have no clue in what they are doing. Go somewhere else.

Charley’s is my comfort food and the ladies and gentlemen who work there every day are the sweetest people ever, they’ve even memorized my order and greet me with big smiles every time they see me which makes getting food here even more enjoyable

Everyone seems to be complaining about the employees. Loud, yes, but very friendly and were just calling out to people and greeting others as they walked by. Seems to just be enjoying their job.
Price wise, paid $30 for 2 fully loaded large combos that I couldn’t even finish. They pack them suckers! So the price I would say is fair.
Wait time was at a minimum, even during the lunch rush. Got my food in <5 minutes.
In all, Its a good recommendation for anyone looking for a very filling, quick bite.

My first review will be when I ate in person 4 weeks ago. The staff, was not very polite at all. The cashier took quite a bit to acknowledge our presence, the only other employee at this location at 2pm was the manager. Who was speaking to his other employee extremely rudely, and shooting nasty looks at her as she was working. Oh… Got my order wrong and we had to remind her for our drinks. My service today through waitr wasn’t much better. Steak was cold and again they got my order wrong. Every time I ask for a plain cheese steak and they pile onions and mushrooms onto my sandwich. By far one of the worst places I’ve eaten. 1 star. Beyond mad they can’t get this right. The food is good, the staff is just terrible.
