I’ve been going here for years. Sometimes when I go for the live music, I take home some food for my son. Tonight, for the first time ever, I was charged a 16% gratuity, which, according to the *very tiny print* on the menu, is added for all to-go orders.
(You can see the incredibly small print on the included screenshot of their menu. This is a 100% sized PDF. Good luck reading or even noticing THAT in a dimly-lit bar!)
In well over 10 years of regularly visiting this sports bar, I have *never* been charged a to-go gratuity until tonight.
I did not review the itemized bill in the bar so that’s on me. When I started thinking about the bill total at home, I looked at the itemized bill and saw the gratuity charge. I called back to have the extra tip I added reversed and was told it can’t be done after the check is closed out. That’s the reason for the 2-star service review here. It seems like nonsense to me, as it isn’t even showing on my card as an authorization yet, that it cannot be changed. In any case, I will be filing a dispute with my credit card for the extra tip amount, since I’m not really thrilled about ultimately tipping 30%. The server was relatively decent, but not THAT good.
In my opinion it should be pointed out to guests when they order to-go items. I question if it should even be added at all when I have dined in and am also taking food home.

Edited to add: Not only did they charge me this gratuity on “to go” orders, they charged it on the entire bill, when only $36.75 of the order was “to go”; the gratuity should have been just $5.88.

Traveling in RV and stopped at the Casino for the night, stopping in here to grab some dinner and entertainment. We just barely missed Happy Hour, which ended at 5pm. At first, getting served was a little bit slow, but it was quite busy. Ordered a few drinks and entrees. The mixed drinks were very delicious, and our waitress was cheerful and ensured we had everything we needed. I ordered the Indian fry bread, which was served with ground hamburger and salad on top, condiments of salsa and sour cream. Another one of our party ordered an order of wings and the fish and chips. Was going to try the raspberry cheesecake chimichanga, but they no longer serve it. The menu just needs an update. We all enjoyed our food with no complaints other than it was too much food. That’s a good thing. No one left feeling unsatisfied. Great sports bar with lots of tv screens and an awesome place to relax with friends, family, or just solo.

Food needs help. $17 for nachos fried is fine is there’s actually cheese. It’s close but feeling nuanced is important. The steak is moist an juicy but nachos need more queso holmes.

Thanks to the excellent response from management, I will rate this the 5 it has potential for. This place is the only true sports bar in the area and the food (used to be amazing). Just keep the old menu and add to it. And yes, the bouncers need an attitude check

I’m disappointed to see no chairs at the bar. All the TVs are playing a stupid show on MTV. Obviously meant to entertain the workers and not the patrons. “Sports Bar”… Obviously Not.

Terrible service and food. Basically ruined Father’s Day for me( a dad ) and my father. Server was only here once and when he came back to our table of four with empty drinks he asked if it was good. We said no and we felt ignored. Not asking for a free meal but at least a sorry or voucher. Will never return and will never recommend eating here.

Came in here to have some wings when I went to pull my id from my wallet it literally cracked in half down the middle. Waiter said give me a sec as I go get my manager. I replied it’s okay we can just go eat somewhere else I don’t want to cause no issues as I myself am a business owner and know the liabilities. She insisted she will go get the manager so I waited when the manager came with the stamp he asked me to present my right hand stamped it as if he was going to let me dine in and just not allow alcohol consumption and a loud tone then asked me to get up and leave. The whole Situation was over the top embarrassing I had already offered to just leave. All that extra stuff why? Customers shouldn’t be treated like that. Plus only came here since my wife insisted not a fan of the food myself I’ve had bad experience with the wings they are 4/5 times not cooked all the way.

We visited on a Wednesday evening. For a week night, the place was pretty busy. We were greeted promptly by a nice young man and ordered drinks which came quickly.
When we were ready to order, our server was prompt and friendly. I ordered Caeser salad with crispy chicken. My husband had battered shrimp and fries. The food came quickly and was smoking hot. I’d never had food that hot in a restaurant before. I mean, it literally burned our mouths which we were very happy about. Hot fries, hot fried shrimp and hot crispy chicken is awesome. Usually, by the time you get your food, it is just warm. This food was so hot that you could tell it was super freshly made.
The food was great and the server was excellent! I’d actually never had such an attentive and friendly server before. All of the employees seemed to support each other and this place was running like a well oiled machine. Kudos to the staff and management for being able to handle their customers so well and so smoothly. Even though this is bar food and not fine dining, the experience was like we were in a high end restaurant.

Horribly slow service, mediocre food. Sat there for 10 minutes being ignored by wait staff so I got up and got my own menu from the stand. Still not so much as a water or any recognition that I was there ready to order after a few more minutes. Walked out.
