Our new favorite ice cream shop. Soft serve and large variety of hard serve flavors. Sundaes, milk shakes and more. Also offers a sandwich, soup and salad menu. Open year round. Easy access, across the street from public parking.

First time trying this spot and we will be back! The lady helping us was very sweet and suggested trying vanilla soft serve in our apple cider slushees. SO GOOD!

We stopped here for dessert on the way back to our cars after visiting The Yard on 3rd! Super cute, small spot. They offer all kinds of ice cream flavors, even one non-dairy (thankfully)! Prices are very reasonable, it was less than $6 for a single scoop on a cone & single scoop in a cup. I opted for the non-dairy option, strawberry banana. I should’ve ordered a large! It was really good. We plan on visiting again, my daughter loved their unicorn themed ice cream. I would like to see addition non-dairy or vegan options in the future. There’s tons of us out here that would be able enjoy more if so.

We had our ice cream first! Mine was a waffle cone with vanilla soft serve — large! Hubby had a chocolate soft serve hot fudge sundae! Both were yummy but what I really want to rave about is the hot dogs we had afterward! First of all, the dogs were HUGE and top quality, but what we loved the most were the buns! They were buttery and toasted on the outside. We both had the Sup Dog with ketchup, relish, and mustard. REALLY OUTSTANDING! We will be going back again — definitely! Only downside is there is only a small spot to eat outside with one picnic table, so plan it for take-out or as a treat to eat while you walk around downtown Willoughby.

Always super friendly and helpful. The woman let my son try at least five different flavors before settling on one. Great portion size. Good price and a great addition to downtown Willoughby.

The lady who works there is so kind. The owners also own the coffee shop across the street called Fiona’s. I recommend both. The ice cream was your average price but great ice cream!

The ice cream was simply amazing. We went to get a scoop after our dinner at Pranzo (please see my review of Pranzo!). Anyway, this was our first time at Mickeys. We usually get a sweet treat at another establishment in DTW, But Mickeys was so close to the public parking where our car was. We were so pleased. My wife and I want to give a huge shout out to Ava and her staff. Welcoming and great customer service are both understatements. They were technically closed and still served us. It was past 9:00 and Ava welcomed us in while she was diligently closing up. We said we can come back another day and she said absolutely not. My wife and I shared a scoop of anniversary cake ice cream and an ice coffee. Everything was spot on. Keep up the great work. We will be back!
