We were given an empty tortilla and an empty sauce cup instead of the breakfast Crunchwrap and side of nacho cheese sauce that we ordered and pre-paid for on the mobile app. Be very careful coming here in the mornings. Whoever was working today was aggressive and scary. We pulled up to the drive thru and the worker was outside in his car. He eventually came inside and asked us for our order – we told him we had an online order and he told us to pull up, per usual. When he handed us our food, we noticed that there was an empty cheese cup inside, so assuming this was just an honest mistake we asked him to please fill it with nacho cheese. He left with the cup, came back, and handed us another empty cup. Confused, we said “this cup is empty, can you please fill it with the nacho cheese that we ordered.” He took the cup back again, came back, and pretended to place something in our hand. Then he gave us a scary smile, closed the window, and walked away. At that point, we became nervous and decided to just let it go and lose the $1 we spent on our side of nacho cheese. THEN, when we got home, we opened up our breakfast crunchwrap to see that it was just a crumbled up, empty tortilla. Very creepy, unsettling experience and we will obviously not be returning to this location…

Pretty good relative to the other Taco Bell’s in North Carolina, although their burritos are a little small and have slightly too much rice. This one specifically does really well with the nachos. I came rather late (9:30 PM) and waited ten minutes in the parking lot after being told to do so at the drive thru. Everything was fresh, but it’s a lot faster at other fast food restaurants. I’m not sure if it’s that quality throughout the whole day, or if it depends on staff. Either way, very good!

Had a great late night experience. I was with a large group, and Herbo and the management team handled everything really well. They were friendly, quick, and made the whole experience smooth even with a lot of us ordering. Our food came out right and on time, and I left very satisfied. Really appreciate the great customer service!

Something must be going on if there are this many 1 ⭐️ reviews, but as of late, I’ve never had any “major” problems with this particular location as what other reviews have described, just minor inconsistencies.
I usually do mobile orders so order accuracy is never a problem for me, and they’re relatively fast getting my order ready. It’s about 2 minutes tops to get a cravings meal.
However I do want to mention my most recent visit (February 13th) where my “Beefy 5-Layer Burrito” was basically a bean burrito. Kinda disappointed given that all I tasted was refried beans and only a little bit of beef, but it wasn’t an absolute deal-breaker.

We were in a rush, came in for fast food and it took 45 minutes. They were not busy, it was a normal Sunday afternoon and they looked short staffed, but still took way longer than expected. Poorly made food, and no communication.

The absolute worst employees minus the guy making the actual food. Ordered pick up since I drive a truck for a living. Get to the door. No sign telling you anything just a locked door. I knock and am ignored by drive thru worker and what seems so be the manager.
Walk around to drive thru to try to get help to get my food only to be given an attitude by drive thru worker about me coming to the drive thru.
Explained I’m just there for my food and my truck won’t fit in the drive thru to have the manager come over giving me a hard time and then saying she can’t hand me my food through the drive through because I “might rob them”
I wish I was making this up. I said just please cancel my order then to be told they couldn’t and to have her threaten to call the cops on me for coming to the drive thru asking for my food.
Thankfully the big guy making the food has some common sense and handed me my food. They kept complaining about only having 3 employees working to justify the way they were treating me but that is no excuse. We’re all short staffed etc these days but customer service should still be a priority or maybe you should get a different job. Avoid this taco bell like the plague. Horrible manager and drive thru worker.

On 9/12/25 morning hours around 9:15 I had a DoorDash delivery. Found two employees one was busy putting things together I kept on asking “can I get some help please” she totally ignored me but was giving me a side eye mind you I could see my order but it’s behind the counter so I can’t get to it. The other employee was hiding somewhere in the storage she could also hear me asking for help. Stood there for couple of minutes nothing no service. I had to go behind the counter & get the order. Drove round so I can get to the drive through maybe I might get some service that’s when the lady who was hiding in the storage came to the window and all she said is “well the water you took isn’t part
Of your order” no apology no explanation. Gave her back the water I was so mad on how someone can be ignored like that the place wasn’t busy just me and knowing I was asking for help loudly yelling & they still didn’t care I was surprised. Definitely not picking up any orders from this place.

Taco Bell is getting way too expensive to eat. $20 for 2 bean burritos and a chicken chalupas supreme seems excessive. What happened to the days of its former glory, affordable for all? Still tastes the same yet the prices are much higher but the quality of food has never really escalated. Service was fast. Just wish they gave me more napkins.
