We went to get our Jack in the Box fix tonight. We really love many food offerings from JIB. Tonight was really really bad. The drive thru line was really long and so my wife decided to go inside. They had kiosks for patrons to order from. It was the WORST. The manager was telling everyone she was stressed and told my wife she couldn’t help her. ??? 25 minutes later we got our food. Really disappointed tonight. I don’t know what’s happened at this location. Hopefully they fix it.

Was I the drive through waiting for 8 min Noone took my order then I went inside. It was 8:40 pm I went inside the lady ws just walking back and forth not even saying I’ll be with u nothing I told her are u takin orders. Very rude she yes but I’m backed up how ther was 2 cars no people inside my kids were there. HORRIBLE SERVICE

This Jack in the Box is SUBSTANTIALLY tastier than any other fast food chain I’ve visited, and this one in Lamont taste WAY better than every other Jack in the Box location I’ve been to. It actually feels like I get my money’s worth since the total price for three people is around $35 on average, and I don’t feel ripped off. Best fast food hands down, and even better with the app. Plus the workers there are great and will give you tons of sauce if you ask.
I highly recommend the egg rolls and their cluck chicken sandwiches if you want something tasty.

I have never, out of 10+ visits…gotten fresh fries. The past 3 purchases, my fries were COLD, or barely room temperature. These employees NEED TRAINING. Customer service is trash. A simple “hello” would be appreciated, but nope..they just hand the bag out the window..cuz I work in customer service, I’m the one that says “thank you. Have a good night” before they even realize they should be saying “have a good night.” It’s literally part of the job, and the Lamont, CA location employees NEVER even greet me.
Homeless nearby occasionally beg the drive thru people, so watch out for them..

Good Jack in the Box location! Gotta hand it to their team for always being on top of online orders. They’ve also accommodated my order for a meatless breakfast sandwich and made sure I was charged less for having less ingredients. The service is great and speedy .

A convenient place to get something to drink and a quick bite to eat, and visit the restroom if need be. Has never been crowded when we’ve visited. We have found Jack in the Box restaurants to be consistently clean with tasty food and drinks. Speed of service can vary a lot.

Grabbed to 2 for $3 breakfast sandwiches with sausage, egg and cheese and 1 with the New Chicken patty. I don’t know how much care they took into putting the food together but it was sloppy and didn’t taste as fresh as we usually get these. The buns were all soggy and smushed and just the entire order didn’t taste good. The other locations in Bakersfield area their food is good. Here in Lamont the food is good when they feel like it. Disappointed.
