Order was incomplete. Even though we waited an extra 16 minutes for our order. Plus the food was cold!
People were nice and friendly but for 25 bucks 8 expect my coleslaw to be with the order! Pullus they have no clue what allergens are in their food! Do yourself a favor, don’t stop here!!! 100% will not eat here again.

Beware while dining inside that the front register in the lobby will recharge you up to 3 times or more for one purchase also the food if that is what you call it is old brown and swimming in very old dirty oil and laying there for hours it looked like and half my order was missing the tables and floors along with the fountain drink area looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in days so my food went in the trash or on top of it because it had not been taken out in a couple days but I walked out because the people are so rude I was not going to try to ask for more old food for a replacement meaning chicken but the mashed potato was like a couple tablespoons worth if that and I’m not even going to try to explain the coleslaw and the biscuits could bust out a window…I won’t be back this makes twice in the past year that’s enough of my hard earned money going to this company.

I am SO tired of coming here & the employees are not listening. I absolutely HATE the original recipe & LOVE the extra crispy. So you can bet whenever I order for myself, I ALWAYS say “extra crispy”! I ordered the $7 chicken strip meal and told them “extra crispy”. The girl who placed the order repeated it back to me so it was not her fault. I received 4 TINY strips(more like nuggets) and they were original recipe! I did not check my order before leaving because I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO!!! I have been avoiding this location for a long time because of the ongoing issues like this every time I’ve come there. But I always try again & hope for better. Well, this is it for me! Goodbye to this KFC for good! And I will warn everyone I know to double check their orders before leaving. Which is ridiculous!

I ordered the 8 piece family meal using the drive thru. While waiting to give my order, 5 vehicles pulled out of line, I waited at at least 10 minutes just to place my order. When I got home, I was shocked to see the condition of my chicken. It was dark brown with some black burnt areas (see photo). The biscuits where so hard, one could use them for wheel chocks. My 2 large sides were ok, but the gravy was in an individual serving container, not even enough for one serving of mashed potatoes. Worst family meal I’ve ever wasted $23.35. on. If you order thru, check your meal before you drive off. Colonel Sanders would turn over in his grave if he saw this type of meal going out his store. Good luck with your order!

We ate there on 7/6/25 around 3:00 p.m.traveling thru from out of town. There was not one clean table in the Whole Dining Room. There was only us and two other people in the dining room . There was 5 and 6 employees just standing behind the counter talking to each other and on their phones. They got our order wrong. Would not stop again. Worst KFC I have been in

Women’s restroom has no paper in 1 stall, no soap. Employee used restroom with no soap and returned to work. Nothing corrected with restroom by time we left. All napkins, silverware, etc. behind counter. Items missing from order and had to be requested again.

My chicken was still raw and half my order was missing the one employee who was even remotely helpfull was the one cleaning while the 40 yr old women staring in to space in the back. Won’t be back and imma let my friends and family know how horrible the service is come on now.

This has become a regular spot for me, and I’ve enjoyed a consistent experience nearly every time. The food is fresh and hot, and the staff is accommodating if you want to specify the type of chicken you’re looking for. I also offer a military discount to honor veterans, as I believe all Middlesboro based businesses should consider adding. The loyalty and repeat business you achieve through such a recognition far outweighs the cost. Visitors location soon, and you will find it becoming your favorite like me.

I have bought the box of nine thighs several times in the last three times the skin hasn’t even been brown and said most the time it’s not even got skin on it. I’ve included pictures. I ask them why the chicken look like this and I said that’s the way it looks. I have never seen Kentucky Fried chicken look like this. I’m going to contact corporate!
