I just happen to stop by before closing, on my way to the atm next door. Rosa was awesome..knowledgeable..friendly and attentive and funny. The decor was great. This place has much potential to be more. For what i tried it was great, definitely will go back..i could aee this as my authentic fast food spot. If in the neighborhood dont be shy to stop in. Worth the stop.

The food is good, however, if you are coming from a nicer part of town you should be prepared to encounter a devastating and haunting image of a challenged neighborhood. I witnessed a local man threaten the server for an incorrect order and I also saw his girlfriend throw food at a worker and throw a chair and trays across the restaurant. They did this in front of other patrons including a family with small children.

Great local restaurant with authentically delicious food in large quantities for good prices. I always get the veggie burrito (I’m vegetarian) but it’s always amazing. Their little salsa-and-pickles bar is stellar.

The service here is consistently terrible. They mess up orders frequently, and when they do, they refuse to issue refunds. The staff is highly disrespectful. In particular, the cashier (a Black woman, not skinny) was extremely rude and wouldn’t acknowledge that she entered my order incorrectly. She refused to give me her name, but I will be contacting higher management to complain about her and the restaurant.
