The place looks clean, and it’s dead in here. The waitress seems like she doesn’t want to be here, but she does seem nice. Even though I had asked for no pickles, thankfully they were on the side. Seems like some people just don’t listen.

The worst i came in there. The tablet i sat at wasn’t cleaned. I sat there for 10 mins to see if they would clean my tablet after they all just stared at me. Then i order my food i asked for extra eggs and they give me one egg. Then they bring the new eggs out and they look so runny and nasty. Also the damn waiter didn’t even put silverware on the table at the start.i will not ever come back here again. I left with my food barely touched and still paid. The fact the waiter charged me for something i didn’t even eat.

After waiting 40 minutes at the Middletown location and being told there were 15 orders ahead of ours we decided to come to Franklin. Miss Tammy was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Within 5 minutes of us sitting down our food was perfectly cooked and at our table. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was incredible! Thanks for an amazing meal Tammy and the amazing cooks!

All around 5 Stars!!!! I’ve never been more satisfied with food AND service at a Waffle House. Smiling faces and hellos right when you walk through the door. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I ate all of our food. Taylor was our server and she HOOKED UP my hash browns for me. She was in the process of training a young man to do great and still gave us excellent service. If we stop through this area on a route, we will most definitely eat here, again!! Thank you Taylor! She understood the assignment!

Despite this location getting a couple of $40 orders wrong over the past year or so I was willing to give them another chance. Waffle House has a special place in my heart. They always have good fresh food (when they get the order right), and the servers are usually friendly. Tonight, however, after standing in line for about 10 minutes at this location one of the servers basically told us they were too busy to serve us and we would be better off leaving. She said that the seated customers took priority so they could not fill my to-go order. That’s fine. It’s not like we don’t have choices in this area. There’s a Waffle House at every exit on I75. After being talked to like that after a hard night of work, I’d rather not spend my money there anyway.

1. The entire time we were there EVERYONE was doing something. Nobody was not doing their job. It was noticeable that everyone was dedicated to their job. Refreshing to see.
Now, Tammy is an excellent server. Gio is an excellent cook. The service and food could not have been better. From the moment we walked in until we left, everyone got excellent service. Seemed like several people were regulars and it was nice hearing everyone so courteous and friendly like old friends. The coffee was good. The hash browns were excellent and everything Gio made for us was delicious and cooked well beyond the expectations we have become accustomed to at Waffle House restaurants. We thank the staff for their hard work and dedication to making our visit here top notch. We look forward to coming back! PS we tipped Gio as well.
My husband wanted to add: Gio was so exceptional that he didn’t think an order of eggs were good enough so he trashed them and made a new order. Exceptional work ethic and dedication to providing food he’d eat himself. Well done!

Much above average Waffle House’s, that’s why I’ve ordered 5 stars, pretty clean and stuff are warmer friendly. They’re cooking food after your order. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. Not bad at all!!!
