Friday March 6, whoever you have working tonight needs a promotion to manager, if he is, make him Gm , district, or regional. The guy made fresh food, double checked everything, went above and beyond and clearly cares about ensuring burger king commits to the quality and customer service it advertises. I do not know his name, but I can not give enough credit to this worker.

I walked into this location at about 1:15 pm. At that time , there was one person placing their order in the drive through and 2 vehicles behind them. There was another customer waiting for their order in the lobby. The female employee middle age, long brown hair looked right at me and said, “I’m going to close the DAMN lobby if the drive doesn’t slow down. Then after patiently waiting nearly 10 minutes, she says with quite the attitude it’s going to be a few more minutes. No problem , take your time , there are no customers in the lobby anyway. Apparently , I was mistaken and thought this was a restaurant where I could be served food.

It’s burger king, what can you really say? Ordered for 5 people, so in all reality I didn’t really expect them to get shit right.. you’d think if all are meals they would count and make sure they have all 5 fries, or when i pay extra for things like cheese (on a chicken sandwich), but I guess every cent you can milk people out of is a good thing when it comes to big name companies ♀️ definitely worth the drive because it’s a beautiful scenic route from me to them, but definitely NOT worth it when it comes to the food (or lack there of)

I’m personally not a big fan of burger king. Just so happened on my break I decided I wanted something different. So burger king it was I downloaded the app ordered my food and went thru drive thru. Was told to go to the sidewalk. I waited 25min for someone to come out ask what I had he was sorry and it be out in 1 min. 10 minutes later no food so I go in there was 3 customers in line I said hey I have to get back to work he apologized said he would refund my money I ask how it was online he ask my name and said oh here is your food. I wasted my whole break trying to get something to eat I was never refunded food was cold as hell. Yea I will never go back there again. The kid looked over whelmed I don’t know where the managers where but that is not acceptable at all something needs to be done

Been coming here for years, was super excited to find onion rings on my bacon king, never knew that was a thing AND IT WAS AMAZING. Super friendly service as soon as we came in, CJ definitely makes the place warm and welcoming.

I have always loved this Burger King because they are fast and courteous but today I came at 2:40 p.m. and the drive-thru attendant was so short interrupting me on the microphone and then once I paid I said thank you babe and he says I’m a sir not a ma’am and I said I didn’t call you a ma’am but he just interrupted me again and then I got hit with even more shortness as he tells me to wait for my food

I’ve yet to have food, especially Whoppers, come out less than great.
I have found that the Glenpool location is worth the extra travel time if there’s no other BK up to par.

Very clean dining area, kind employees especially Eren, they gave plenty of time for us to order, food came out quick, hot and fresh, drink area was very clean.

Ordered a rodeo king burger combo ($13.49)and got a sad burger patty with a dab of bbq sauce and 6 onion rings on it. It’s supposed to come with bacon,2 patties,2 slices of cheese and 4-6 onion rings on top. I wasn’t given a receipt or I’d go to the store and ask them to make it right. (The last picture is what I was supposed to get).

Placed a mobile order at this location just to sit and wait for over 20 minutes…and receive no food. Drive thru employee asked us to pull forward for “fresh fries”. After about 15 minutes of waiting, one of the employees came and asked for our order name…you know…the one we gave at the speaker? Then, after going inside to get a receipt so I can get a refund through the app, we were told BY A MANAGER we could not get a refund without getting food. What? Also, when asked for a receipt the employee said “for Destiny, right?” No, actually, it was not for Destiny. Horrible customer service, will never return to this location.
