Do not use this Taco Bell!
I just went thru the drive thru & ordered a decent lunch. They gave me two ten dollar bills plus change. One of the ten dollar bills had a large hole in it and was torn a bit. I asked them for a different 10 dollar bill because this one was damaged. I didn’t think it was a big deal until they wouldn’t do it. I said I don’t want to accept this one because it was damaged. They told me to take it to the bank. I immediately told them to take it to the bank it shouldn’t be my responsibility. The manager came and said they can’t open their cash draw again. I said you would if you gave me to much change & I gave it back to you right. She closed the window in my face.
They don’t realize that they have just lost hundreds of dollars from my orders , not to mention the web complaints I will start doing because of the way I was treated. This was such an easy fix but they chose to be idiots.

I didn’t like that going inside had to use a order screen and after finishing it didn’t give me a physical receipt only email or text gathering more information won’t be doing this again.

I haven’t had a chalupa in years and I got a luxe box with a chalupa in it and I come home to unwrap everything to eat it and of course I’m going for the chalupa first in the minute I unwrap it there’s a really light colored hair in the food. Manager was really nice about it but she assured me nobody worked there with blonde hair and I thought well that’s bizarre because I have brown hair LOL and then she proceeded to say that the stuff prepackaged it’s likely maybe came in that way I’m thinking I don’t think so. It was either blonde hair or somebody with gray hair. I mean she made it right by give me two chalupas for one but that means I got to make another trip over there and hope that there’s not a hair in it cuz I kind of sicked me out. Also my daughter had something missing out of her lux box ♀️ just saying the trip I made today was the overall bad experience considering I was looking forward to having it and having the chalupa but I didn’t even get to eat the chalupa and then it made me sick out when I ate the rest of my food water and if there’s going to be some nasty hair up in there. I was really almost a little bit leery about ordering anyways because the kitchen as you can clearly obviously see straight in was kind of eh, not clean at all.

Man this place almost sent me to the hospital. I ordered 2 double decker tacos, with no cheese. The double decker with beans. But they gave me the ones with nachos cheese instead of beans. I’m allergic to cheese, i have had cheese since I was 5 because it’s poison to me. I checked my order, and I did order the ones with beans, not nacho cheese. So I was correct. But please explain to me, why the person making the food would see that they didn’t want the shredded cheese inside the taco, but would want the nachos cheese. I think anyone would see if there was no cheese, that means they don’t eat cheese, or can’t eat cheese, and that means all cheese. It’s not rocket science. What a joke, there goes my dinner after a 12 hour shift. Thanks Taco Bell for nothing.

I love some taco bell but this is the worst one in town. They are always the first to raise their prices and remove the best deals on the menu. They also are the worst when it comes to both portion size and order accuracy.

Worst service ever. I was craving Taco Bell for the longest time. Came in and ordered at the kiosk. Food wait was around maybe 10 minutes. They forgot to give me a drink cup for my drink. I stood at the register and tried to get a worker to help me. No one helped me out. After 5 minutes of waiting I tried to call someone over. No one came over. They all looked at me yes but ignored me. Until I waved my hand around. Finally got my drink. I opened my bag in my car and they forgot my chips and guacamole. I drove away though because I didn’t want to deal with that again.

My tacos have always been well proportioned, which is not always the case at a Taco Bell. The staff have never been stingy on hot sauce and most importantly they have never messed up my order:)

Horrible customer service have to wait over 15 minutes or longer every time I go to this one, just to order my food. Its as if they are making food 1 item at a time.
