I had to work 11 hour shift and needed dinner to be ready when my shift ended because after that I did not feel like cooking. I placed my order ahead so when I got off everything was good to go. When we arrived the gentleman gave me my order with all of our dip cups neatly in a bag on top so that I could see them which I really liked. Everything smelled amazing. I was so hungry. We got home and our pizzas were so good. As were the wings and Parmesan bread bites. You guys saved the day. Dinner was so on point. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Usually really great and fast service. Love that there’s a dominos in leonardtown. However, when you order different topping on each side it is expected for each side to be HALF of the pizza. One half was veggies and the other half had bacon. They made the bacon half take up part of the veggie side too. Also there wasn’t enough spinach for the veggie half. Some people can’t eat processed meat. Please keep topping on their own half.

When I ordered my pizza with wings I told the lady I wanted Hawaiian pizza with onions added and 18 count of wings and with two 2 L of soda. The lady repeated what I said and told me the total which is $46.07. When I received my pizza and my wings and soda I noticed that she only gave me a eight count of wings and no receipt when I called them they told me that they don’t have an 18 count well I never was told that they didn’t have an 18 count if I would have known I would have gotten to 12 the gentleman on the phone acted like he didn’t care at all about his customer service at all. Do not order from Domino’s in Leonardtown ever again cuz I know I won’t!

Tell me why this guy drops off my pizza. I sign the receipt. Ready to tip cash so i don’t put tip on receipt. And the delivery driver says “you’re not going to tip?” Took everything in me to say not with that attitude. I literally didn’t even have my food yet it was still in his bag. That was so rude and disrespectful. I understand a lot of people don’t tip but my god at least wait til our interaction is done to see if I’m going to tip.

I called at 4:50 and placed an order for curbside pick up at the Leonardtown, MD store. One large 3 topping pizza and an order of cheesy bread. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes or so. I paid over the phone and clarified how the curbside pick up worked the gentleman said just call when you get there and they would bring it out no problem. I pull in the lot at 5pm and call. The girl who answered confirmed my name and order and said the bread wasn’t quite done but they would bring it out in just a few minutes. I specifically chose the curbside pick up because I am 7 months pregnant and had my 2 year old in the car with me. I waited 17 minutes for them to bring out my order while watching 4 people carry out theirs and 6 delivery drivers come and go. I finally got out of my car and hauled my toddler into the store where they struggled to locate my order and gave me attitude when I told them it wasn’t under another name and just told them what I had ordered. Then they handed it to me saying “oh a delivery driver took the order and it was under a different name” EVEN THOUGH THE GIRL ON THE PHONE HAD CONFIRMED MY NAME WAS ON MY ORDER 20 MINUTES PRIOR. I took my order and left only to get home (5 minutes down the street) to find a cold pizza and a cheesy bread that was still doughy in the middle. I am beyond disappointed in my experience with this store this evening and will likely never be ordering from them again thanks to the way they handled it. Not a single employee (3 were at the register) seemed to be concerned that I had been waiting in the parking lot 20 minutes after being told my pizza would be right out.

Heading home on a Friday night, I placed an online order, at about 11:05, for pick-up. I had checked the Dominoes Leonardtown location website for the store hours before ordering. The website clearly said they were open for pick-up or delivery until 1am and even had a note that the hours had been verified within the last week. I placed my order. The Dominoes site took my order and accepted payment The little screen popped up on my phone to show me my order progress. Everything was great. A few minutes later as I am literally in my truck and on my way to pick the pizza up, my phone rings and I am told that carry out closed at 11pm. I told her the website had taken my order and payment and that I was already enroute. The reply… “Store policy. There is nothing I can do.” She did offer to change my order in the computer to be delivery. (Which adds a delivery plus delivery drivers usually get tips so now the price of this one pizza has just about doubled.) Plus, by this time, I am literally pulling into the Dominoes parking lot.
So basically I could get the order I had already paid for if I wanted to now pay extra for it so she could switch it over to delivery and have a driver hand it to me? Seriously guys? Be a bit more professional and make sure that at the very least, your store website has the correct information. There was no differentiation for carry-out vs delivery hours listed anywhere on it. Also, if something this easy to deal with happens,, empower your employees to work with it so you don’t lose customers over stupid stuff. You have too much competition for pizza in town to lose customers over something so easily avoided.

Driver just left food sitting on porch in 90° weather, neighbor said he knocked sat it on chair and left, driver(Nathan) was on porch less than 30 seconds. Parmesan bread bites are delicious! Order of Honey BBQ wings had sauce just squirted on a FEW spots while LOTS of spots were left completely bare. Salad was horrible of course after being left in heat. Only takes couple minutes for previously refrigerated lettuce to wilt. Will never use this Dominos for delivery again unless I’m planning to sit on the porch. Girls answering phone call are extremely polite and helpful.
