This location has the BEST breakfast. I come here every 3 weeks or so. And when I do sometimes I eat it the next day, and the next day. That’s just how I do things. This place has great employees and great food. I do want to say that today I did try the new grilled cheese breakfast item. I asked what the employee thought of it. They said that it’s delicious! Now I don’t like to complain as I have worked the food service industry myself in the past. But the egg on my sandwich was old and I first thought that I had somehow ate a wrapper??? But that’s not normal for this place so I took another bite. Hard again. But the tots were fresh and great. I called the store and you guys were probably busy but if I could please get a replacement haha. I would love you guys foreverrr

I don’t generally do a lot of fast foods. But I recently started stopping for breakfast at Hardee’s. The food is excellent the service is great and the few times I’ve been inside everything is very clean. But I think Hardees is really picked up on that nobody else has picked up yet is courtesy. I’ve been to a lot of different fast food restaurants and every place that I’ve been the servers Personnel everybody seems miserable. I stop at Hardee’s for Breakfast early in the mornings and everybody there seems very cheerful. Young lady this morning Danielle, was very polite seems like she appreciated being there and this is the kind of thing that will keep me going back.

This was not my first time at this establishment however it will be my last. I am a very patient and pleasant person. When I tried to place my order in the driver thru the employee first cut me off in the middle of it then decided to yell at me saying I was talking to loudly into the speaker. Customer service is the only thing that separates your business from others just like yours. Most often it’s what makes or brakes you these days. I have owned my own business for over twenty years and this is unacceptable behavior from any employee Sad just sad

I usually don’t go to Hardee’s for dinner, it’s their breakfast that always has us drooling. But we went to Hardee’s, ordered a couple of burgers and fries. And once we got home, realized our order was not right. I called back up and the manager took my name information and said they would make it right for me the next time I came in. we came back a few days later, and Shernoff they honored what they said, and got the burgers that we ordered originally. The flavor was great. The meal was hot all in all just a wonderful experience, and it’s good to see people stand behind their work.

I stop by for a loaded breakfast burrito a couple times a week. The food is always good, however the service can be hit or miss. One employee who never misses is Joyce, she is always friendly and gets my order right every time!

Joyce is always very friendly and eager to take care of my needs. I was disappointed this time because my loaded homestyle burrito did not have any bacon, sausage, or ham on it. I work third shift so I didn’t feel like going back to the restaurant after getting home.
