I just purchased food from your location and was extremely disappointed with the quality. As you can see from the attached photos, our Crunchwrap and other items had barely any meat in them — they were basically tortillas filled with lettuce and sauce. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable.
We rely on Taco Bell for quick, convenient meals, but what we received was not edible as intended. Please address this issue with your staff and let me know how this will be made right.

Waited for more than 35 min for 2 burritos, quesadilla, 3 tacos. The tacos only had beef and lettuce and the quesadillas had no extra cheese. Watched ppl in the drive through wait no less than a few minutes while we waited for our food. Also seems that orders were skipped or lost as some waited longer or shorter than us. For $35 in food was hoping the quality would be better and the food would have been warm.

Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes because the manager decided not to sit and train an employee on his first day. I was being super nice and patiently waiting to order because he was having a hard time finding the item only for me to drive up to the window and have the lady tell me I’m wrong even though I know what I ordered. Asked if they could just add the new item and I’ll pay for the wrong one too and she told me no. I come here very often only to be nice and in return I get treated like crap from a fast food chain

I don’t normally have issues when I come to this location except for sometimes the wait is long. But today I went and ordered a number five which is the nachos with a taco and a drink. When I paid for it which was like $12 and then as I was beginning to drive away I noticed that it was not the correct meal and so I pulled back and told the worker and she said that no the number five was not the nachos and so she had me go around to order just a thing of nachos. When I pulled up to the menu it shows at a number 5 was indeed nachos. I then had to pay $6 to get the nachos instead of just having my order fixed or refunded.
The worker was super sweet But didn’t seem to really care about the mistake that she made.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They constantly mess the orders up and they STILL aren’t open inside…drive through only, so it’s always a ridiculously long wait for “fast” food. Here’s what we got tonight: ordered a cheese quesadilla. Well, instead we got a chicken quesadilla, with a few sprinkles of unmelted cheese, and a gallon of sauce…and not even cut. A HALF HOUR wait! And still screwed the order up. Never going back.

I order door dash from this location. A classic stacker with a side of creamy jalapeno sauce. When my order came, there was NO sauce. Not even on the stacker either. I called the store to ask for a resolution for this problem, and the lady on the phone told me I was WRONG and got my sauce. There was NO SAUCE IN THE BAG. I went to the restaurant to ask if I could get a side of the sauce that I paid EXTRA to get, and the lady that I was on the phone with HID FROM ME. Worst experience of my life.

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Drive thru only because they never unlock the doors and they’re constantly getting your order wrong. Check your order before you leave the window and make sure it’s right. The locals do this and that’s why the drive thru line is always so long.
