The employee was extremely rude. The hours say open until 10pm, but as we walked up to the counter, she popped around the corner and yelled at me “We’re not even open right now”. I understand if you’re closed, but you could be a little nicer about it, and keep the hours updated on the website. It’s one thing to close a little early, but we came in just before 7:30pm.

Honestly the lady at the front was the worst experience ive ever had in customer service. Acted angry that she had to work, after openly talking about how bad the fountain drinks are. I never leave reviews on anything. But this was bad enough i had too.

Placed an online order today for 4 footlong subs. My BLT to have extra tomatoes, lettuce black olives onions, salt pepper, oil n vinegar and mayo. Well that extra. The whole experience from start to finish was uncomfortable. I highly recommend they get the staff replaced or re-trained. They kept mumbling, bothered that I had more than one sandwich to order. Rude and unprofessional. I’ll drive to a different location in the future before setting foot here again.

Two pieces of bacon on a 6 inch sub.If people want a mayonnaise sandwich with lettuce they could stay at home. Instead of paying the outrageous price you pay.Way overpriced for a sandwich like that and if you want extra you only get two more for a 6 inch.For sure I will not go back there and waste my money because that’s all I did.

This is the most pathetically run Subway I’ve ever encountered versus any other fast food place I’ve gone to in years.
I’ve tried coming here multiple times – I waited 3 months since the last time and it is still as horrible as an experience as all the others.
As soon as I walk in and walk to the counter to order a sandwich, the lady (I assume manager) tells the other worker she’s taking a break and for him to take the order. He said he was still making bread because it rose.
After waiting about 10 minutes he was still doing it. I decided to say screw it and leave.
I’ve been a cook. I understand finishing the task at hand, but then handle the customer and go back to it. Don’t continuously pull out new racks of bread and keep going.
Every time I come here is something similar. No one wants to work there (I get it, who WANTS to work there, but do you have to make it painfully evident by straight not giving a f… about the customers or service?)
Maybe I’ll try again in a few months. Probably not unless it has entirely different management. I feel bad for the franchise owner – maybe they should pay more or be a more valid presence….

Dont bother going to this Lication if it’s within 20 minutes of closing time. You will get very bad service, if you get service at all. I have been told on more than one occasion that they are closed at 8:50pm. Tonight the young woman who served me was Very rude. Most of the options had already been taken off of the bar and she refused to get them back out. Something as simple as lettuce. Honestly I dont understand why they dont stay open after 9pm since it is a 24 hour truck stop. Also, she turned away 3 people after me stating that they were closed.

I arrived at this location at approximately 10:56pm. I was unaware this wasn’t a 24 hour location. Every other subway i have seen in a travel center has been 24 hours. I stood there waiting for someone to serve me until 11:04pm. It was at that point both employees walked in the back door and one of them said to me they were closed. I replied that i thought they were open because the sign said open. The lady then proceeds to tell me they close at 11 and they were taking out the trash. She wasnt very polite and offered no sort of an apology.
