Just got home from McDonald’s. I ordered Crispy chicken deluxe meal large with coke and add cheese and a double quarter pounder sandwich. This was in the drive thru. The line was long and so was the wait. Was not given a receipt. So, the crispy chicken sandwich was missing the cheese and I got a regular quarter pound sandwich. I’m am tired of spending good money and not getting what I order from this establishment. Quality and accuracy is not part of this McDonald’s policy. Just take orders and get them close to what you want and send the customer on the way. I think management needs to start enforcing work rules and process among them selves and get the crew to do what is needed properly. Next time I’m asked to go and park, I’m gonna say no. I will wait at window and once I get my order, I will stay at the window and check each item I ordered to make sure it is correct. If it’s not, I’ll stay at the window til they fix the problem.

We ordered through the kiosk, and paid there too. We asked for our drinks one coffee and a medium coke. I was given a cup but they wouldn’t give my husband his coffee until the food came. There was one guy that just stood at the cash register starring out the windows, seriously. They forgot the sauce for the nuggets, we had to go ask for it. The food wasn’t good.

Had a bad experience today. Taking out an order and a employee held open the door to go talk to four other employees that was blocking the second door and the door the employee was holding open. So I waited as I knew I couldn’t get through and the employee rudely told me to come on very low as in for me not to hear her.

Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. The manager running was very rude. The only positive was my food was hot, but that was negated by the fact that I didn’t get the right food. Which I didn’t realize till I’d left already.

While the people were polite I had to sit 30 minutes in my car for the workers to tell the people in front of me that the drive thru was down and that I had to go inside. Once I went inside and changed my order to pick up at the counter, it took another 20 minutes to get all my food and drinks. I drove for 5 minutes before trying a fry and there were colder than my soul. Very disappointed in the quality of the food after giving up 50+ minutes of my time. If the line isn’t moving quickly, this mcdonalds just isn’t worth the money.

I ordered a large combo. The fries barely filled the container and the drink didnt have much ice. Plus it was the wrong drink. I was tired from driving all day so I didn’t say anything, but beware when coming to this McDonald’s. The drive thru people were too busy talking and laughing with each other instead of paying attention to the orders and customers.

We ordered 2 quarter pounders, fries and a cheese burger for our puppy dawg. Our burgers were raw, not pink RED, the fries were undercooked also. When my fiance got out to Cary with our food and we saw how terribly undercooked it was I tried to call but after 12 attempts NO ONE answered the phone and I just gave up. A restaurant cannot know they have an issue unless they are informed, calling seemed to be the best option since neither of us wanted to ride 22 miles round trip to complain in person.
This is unacceptable, because you can’t know your food is undercooked until you bite into it. Will not be returning anytime soon.
